Beautiful hotel with a phenomenal view of both the city and the bay. The accommodations were outstanding, beautifully furnished, and luxurious. Delicious food served by the restaurant and staff that go out of their way to accommodate any requests. The pools were clean and a perfect temperature. Less than a 10-min easy walk into old, colonial PV. Can’t say enough good things about Marcela Resort & Spa. Hated leaving and look forward to our return.

With a stunning view of the city and Pacific Ocean, this impressive hotel is located on the hills of the exclusive Conchas Chinas area, 7 minutes from the famed boardwalk of Puerto Vallarta. This has been one of the most comfortable, welcoming, stress free stays I’ve had in a while. upon entering we were exceptionally well taken care of. Every staff member was well informed, so kind, and made the entire stay so much more enjoyable. the ambiente was excellent, great food and drinks and the view from this hotel is breathtaking.

We booked for five nights so we got free shuttle from the airport, and it was a 10 minute ride. The room was very large. The views from the balcony are amazing. You can see the ocean as well as the cruises. Walmart and Sam’s is across the street and right beside it was the most important shopping mall so everything was close by as well as the casino downstairs. I think it took 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which is Playa Oro. I don’t think you can beat this location.

She is a very good cook and was super helpful and patient with us whilst we used DeepL translate to communicate our wishes!
