The villa is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We loved the full privacy — no sharing, just our family staying together under one roof. The villa is only a 1-minute walk to the beach, and the seaviews were absolutely stunning! The sea breeze was so calming, and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the villa balcony, beach picnics, ATV rides, and flying kites on the beach. We also had a great time at the waterpark and pool — it was so convenient to come back to the villa for breaks! The kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, and all the cooking utensils. The beds were super comfortable, with clean bedsheets and towels. All the bathrooms were very bright and sparkling clean. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Communication was smooth and prompt from start to finish — everything was clearly explained, and we felt very well taken care of the whole time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this seafront villa - the seaview was really beautiful, and the space was extremely comfortable. We will surely repeat our stay again and will highly recommend anyone to stay here!

It takes only a 10-minute drive to reach Teluk Cempedak Beach, where the sea breeze is very pleasant, and the East Grill restaurant nearby is also worth a try.

Comfortable bed. Sea 🌊 is right in the front. Having laundry machine was perfect to wash clothes. It was like home away from home. The pool was great too. Also few restaurants near by in walking distance. The owner was very easy to communicate on what’s app. She left us some snacks and ramen as well. Thanks

Very quiet and clean apartment straight ahead of the sea. We slept so well, the beds are comfy. You can amuse yourself with the water slides or go to the sea by walk. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We will definitely choose it again if we will come to Kuantan again.
