Absolutely loved everything. They even give you homemade cookies every night. The location is perfection and definitely one of the nicest hotels in vail, if not the nicest. Upgraded us upon arrival. The ski concierge is unbelievable and so convenient. More hotels definitely need to do what this hotel does and offers. We travel to 5 star hotels all over the world and this one definitely stuck out.

The apartment was great, roomy, with gas fireplace, view of the main street, full size kitchen, had ski storage assigned to each unit, 3 minute walk to gondola, nice hot tub, free parking. We also were able to check in earlier and keep the car in the garage later on out check out day.

The location was amazing. The rooms were incredibly clean and the service was exceptional. Even for it being slow season there was plenty to do at the hotel.

The place had a washer and dryer, the view was awesome, the full-sized table was cool, and the dual-headed shower is fun. The pool was AMAZING! And the family fun center was so fun to play in

The location, staff , and amenities were fantastic. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Check-in and ck out were simple and straightforward. The owner provided shuttle info, store info, and was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would absolutely stay again.
