we stayed just over 3 weeks and loved it. the apartment is nice and spacious. the receptionists and security guards are very nice, friendly, and helpful. the location is excellent, it costs 12-17 AED to all theme parks. The swimming pool is just by the side of the apartment, so we can do a shortcut through the patio door when going to swim if someone stays in. The gym is well-equipped and easy to find. The WiFi is very good in most of the rooms, except the main bedroom. After speaking to the managing team, they quickly sent some guys to sort it. we did ask for a fresh set of towers, which they brought very quickly, and sorted out my confusion on how to turn the cooking fan, which just needed to be pulled out! the little supermarket in the complex is very handy, love the fresh coconut! we love it and try to look after it. I have attached photos of the apartment on the day we checked out.

The tv remote control is hard to navigate and much better to add coffee pods as per the number of occupants :). But overall its excellent!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Wabi Sabi! Everything about this place felt so thoughtful and homey from the cozy interiors to the peaceful vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and welcomed. The attention to detail was amazing, and it’s clear the hosts put their heart into creating a warm and inviting space. It’s not just a place to sleep it’s an experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a touch of serenity. We’d love to come back again!

Location was perfect. 20 min walk to Yas mall and nice cafe and grocery store on premises.

Very modern, clean, comfortable, good location and compound, easy access. It’s a piece of art.

The only thing I can criticise is that there is no kettle… but that is minor, it’s the perfect place.

It’s far more beautiful than the pictures. An absolute diamond find!!!!!

Bring in the ground floor, it is very noisy, especially at night and the outdoor patio leads directly onto the carpark which is not ideal with 3 young children. May I suggest a small gate be installed so that this space is actually usable. Secondly, when a booking is made for 5 people, it would be appreciated if we had 5 bath towels! Thirdly, please make it clear that swimming towels are not provided especially when the client requests if the pool is open whilst they stay. It was quite obvious that we wanted to use the pool! Lastly, please provide teaspoons as it is difficult to mix in sugar to your coffee with a table spoon.

The location on Yas Island is excellent and the apartment is very well appointed and decorated.

Being on the ground floor the windows and patio door opened on to the parking lot so we needed to keep the curtains closed almost all the time.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment, very comfortable, good facilities. We also really enjoyed the pool.

A/C was like a freezer, temperature 18°c, not controllable, had to switch it off always, lived without AC most of the time. Allocated parking was occupied by someone for 2-3 days

Location is very good, its quite, very very safe & lively. All tourists spots are very close to the apartment

Didn’t have a coffee machine or Nespresso.

Very convenient location have market and restaurants in the compound. The apartment have all you need in the kitchen and toiletries. Kids loved the PS5 videogame!

Location and apartment were great and the host has been very helpful. Price was fair compared to similar places.

Faced some hiccups due to early arrival even after mentioning about it to the host. Found a dirty folded handkerchief in the kitchen. Lightning issue as a few of the bulbs did not function.

Location is good. Rooms are cosy. Bathroom is good. Basic amenities provided.

Beautiful rooms & furnishings. Was a little hard to find at first. But was nice overall.

Beds do not have mattress topper, missing a lot of kitchen utensils ( at least not for 5 person). I guess there was a leak at the bathroom cause the wall paint is coming out. The size of apartment feels to be smaller, more like 85m2 and not 115m2. All the windows overlook toward the parking area and no privacy.

Close to store and Yas Island parks.
