We instantly thought "What a dreamy place" as soon as we opened the door to our room - with the open balcony door, flowing curtains and the direct view of the sea. Room was simple and so tastefully decorated, big and comfortable bed and everything you need is there! We loved the location too, it was so chilled and had such lovely vibes! There were bars and restaurants, but not the loud kind! The primary sound is the sound of waves! Beach is just literally downstairs and so handy for dip in the sea. We also had private parking nearby. There was an amazing roof terrace too with seating and hammocks. The host Eleni was so welcoming and helpful with everything! Communication before and during our stay was excellent. This place has a family connection and it is very special to her and that's why it feels so unique and likeable to everyone.

This was the perfect seaside getaway! The room is stunning and filled with light and views of the sea. The terrace is huge and has lots of comfortable seating to relax. You could see all the attention to detail in every aspect of the apartment. We can't wait to return!

The shower is not fully enclosed/separated, so water leaks across the bathroom floor a little. Based on our other experiences in Albania this seems common, and it wasn't a big problem.

The sea view and waking up to the sound of waves is heavenly and Eleni is an angel that makes your every wish come true! Here motto not all is about money and good vibes says it all! We asked for advice where to buy home made quality olive oil and she had a man she knows deliver it to our car. We proudly closed the season as the last guests and strongly recommend!!!

As expected in a historical building, space is tight (for those of us that are ++ size) especially in the bathroom and watch your step on the small stair as that is where I assume the pipes had to go :)

The room was spacious, had everything you needed ( complete with a xhezve and bombla, albanian coffee maker) and immaculate in terms of cleaning. The staff was super friendly, and it really made a difference. Steps away from the beach, it was the perfect location

The place was wonderful! The view on the balcony was really nice with the beach right there, and we had access to the rooftop terrace which was great for a coffee or drink. The blinds closed and made the room very dark which was great for sleeping! Parking was included which was very helpful! It was a 3 minute walk away. Eleni, the host shared the parking info ahead of time and everything was really easy to find. She takes really wonderful care of the property. Everything was VERY clean. She also gave wonderful recommendations for food, beaches, and boat tours. She was very helpful and made us feel right at home. I would recommend all friends and family to stay here!

Fabulous hospitality from the Owner she was lovely. Gave me a beach umbrella for my stay and looked after my bags before checkin and the day I left... Location is superb seafront with a balcony. I highly recommend this accommodation. Close to bus stop also. 3 min walk

The first thing Eleni said when we came: "You booked with Genius right? That price is way too low". With all due respect: the price was fine as it is. I understand you're dependant on people with stuff as the light on the terrace, but still. Why the insanely uncomfortable chairs in the living room and not put up a better chair, if only for the time being from one of the restaurants? There was no railing at the stairs, which was unsafe. Bathroom storage under the sink was not properly finished.

The location and apartment is amazing. Directly at the beach, just across the boulevard. Eleni takes very god care of the place and is always happy to help. Amazing terrace that is shared with some other guest, but we mostly had it for ourselves.

Maybe some extra umbrella for the terrace to have some more shade.

If you're looking for a perfect getaway in Himare, Guesthouse 1932 is the place to be. Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying the cool breeze, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. A big shoutout to Eleni, the host, who made our stay extra enjoyable. Her warmth and hospitality really stood out, and she was always available with great tips. Additionally, the guesthouse provides private parking, which is a huge plus in Himare, where finding a parking spot can often be a challenge.

The perfect location on the beachfront, looking over the restaurants and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the owner is lovely, so friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of helpful tips for beaches to visit and restaurants and was very happy to help. Comfortable and cosy room.

The property was in an incredible location was extremely clean and furnished beautifully. Eleni, the hostess was also absolutely lovely meeting us there talking us through everything and giving us some great recommendations for the town. Would genuinely recommend this property to anyone staying in Himare. The roof terrace was a particular highlight for watching the sunset

Eleni was extremely welcoming and very kind. Everything about the place was perfect – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only small inconvenience was that the parking was a bit far from the property, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this guest house. The location is outstanding, with the beach just outside the door. Our host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was always helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would gladly return.

Very nice room with a lovely view over the promenade and the sea. We especially enjoyed the balcony. We had a great stay here.

Wonderful property right next to the beach, the balcony offered amazing views and was perfect for our overnight stay.

The bathroom is quite tiny and cramped, I would say this is the only thing to be aware of.

Absolutely perfect location - right on the water and near restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and quiet. Our host was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!!
