Himarë was the best place we visited in Albania, largely because of Miltos. He prepared a different breakfast for us every day and gave us excellent tips on where to eat, what to see, and which boat trip to book. The room has everything you need for a week or more. If you find this place available, just book it and don’t overthink it. It’s simply the best!

Our host was só wonderful. Fresh and different home made breakfast (including beignets and the best figs I ever had), everything was super clean, AC and refrigerator was nice for cooling off and we got some great dinner recommendations. 10/10, if we ever come back to Himare I'll be sure to book again 🫶

Friendly host speaking perfect english and happy to elaborate about Albania, the Himare area and its history. Sharing suggestions for a day trip if you are fed up with the coast. very nice breakfast. Advice: follow the indications shared to find it.

The room was very nice and spacious. The view of the mountains from the window was amazing. It was so quite and relaxing. The breakfast surprisingly was very good. It is the perfect place for chilling far from the noise of the center.

If for nothing else, I would choose this place again for the host, who was very kind and friendly. His breakfasts were amazing, homemade fresh litlle miracles, best coffee outside of Tirana (and second best I had in Albania), altogether an awesome experience. The village is quite and calm, the castle has beautiful views and I loved spending time there.

We had an excellent stay at this property! The rooms were spotless and well-kept, providing a very comfortable experience. Having onsite parking was a huge convenience as well. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options, different each morning. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay with great amenities, and I highly recommend it.

Do to off season not too many options for restaurants, most of them were closed.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful guesthouse, nice cozy room, within walking distance of this ancient castle. I read the reviews about the breakfast and indeed it was amazing with fresh products prepared by the host. I really recommend this guesthouse to everyone!

Lovely place situated right next to Himare castle which is a must see. Beautiful beach options are within a short driving distance. The owner prepared a delicious and unique breakfast option each morning and gave us his homemade fig jam which is delicious!

The location was great and so quiet. The stay was extremely comfortable and close to beautiful beaches. The host made us delicious breakfasts in the morning. I highly recommend this stay and this area. I wish i stayed here longer than in ksamil.

We loved this guesthouse and hope to return one day! Room is very comfortable, with a small kitchen and a fridge. Big bathroom, with good shower pressure. The host is such an amazing guy, he gave us so many good recommendations. He also prepares an amazing breakfast every morning for his guests. Location is just next to Himare castle, a bit outside of the centre but with a car you are close to everything. We loved the area as it is very peaceful. highly recommend to stay here!

Just next to the busy city and with great location to visit not one but many beaches, best restaurants, authentic places... So don't be afraid of being far from anything, it's the opposite. More importantly, the room is perfect, new and well equipped and your host is a great cook, everyday the breakfast was our best moment 😊. He is also available for you and open to discussions, enabling us to discover a bit much of the country. Thanks a lot

everything was amazing , usually you need a car for an comfortable staying no worries you have a parking spot just outside of the place , the room was very comfy and clean , very good smelling , the breakfast was different every day this was more than amazing , you will miss the place that you eat breakfast trust me for this , also the owner was very friendly with dogs , he also have a pappy , we have a poodle with us , i will suggested everybody for an amazing staying in himara, also its just in front of the castle so you can enjoy the perfekt view from the top of castle ! cant wait to come back , thank you very much for everything !

The address in Booking is incorrect and takes you a bit further from the property.

Everything was on perfect, definitely coming back, the host is very helpful the house in near the town and the castle. We loved that there was a different breakfast every day!
