Clean, modern, beach front. Erind was fantastic, he even went to the shop to go get diary free milk for my latte. So friendly and chatty, he is an asset to the hotel.

The terrace on our room was pointless. Small and dingy room 108. There was rooms next door empty that had bigger terraces, so unsure why you would allocate this one first. Also next door 109 was being used for staff and they were really loud! Constant music and alarm clocks going off. Again, please think about were you place guests. When we complained at the beginning of our stay the female receptionist told us it was paying guests, but it wasn’t which was later confirmed on departure. Breakfast options were good but needed more fresh fruit on offer like you had on the day for Ms World. However, I’m not complaining about the food, it was delicious

The location is awesome, right on the beach. The staff members were great, especially Eli, Elsi and Erind. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant is excellent, don't miss it out.

The hotel is right on the beach. There could have been some more options for breakfast like chopped fruit and cereal. The room was fabulous. Very spacious and the view was spectacular.

I would have liked a pool as an alternative to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to shops, and transport, which made exploring the area so easy. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Erind from the restaurant and Muhammed from the reception, they were helpful, and always ready with a smile, which really added to the warm atmosphere. The food was lovely. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily return and recommend it to others.”

Good location. 20-minute walk to center. Nice ocean view. The room was comfortable and clean. Great water pressure in the shower.

The shoan overhead shower head and a handheld hose attachment. The hand held was the hose only, no spray nozzle. So the handheld was not usable.

The terrace where you eat breakfast is beautiful with nice view over the sea. The breakfast buffet is small but offers enough variety, the food is also delicious. The staff is very friendly especially Ernid the waiter. He made our stay even better. The rooms are nice and they clean it quickly. The location of the hotel is 15 minutes from the center so you can go on a nice walk in the evening.

The property was very modern and clean, room was big and spacious. The attached beach area was well maintained and lovely views.

Our room was on the lower level and constantly smelt sewage when walking to our room. Our toilet did not always flush and had to get it sorted. Breakfast was a real disappointment, the scrambled eggs were awful, terrible coffee, orange juice. Cakes extremely dry. My mother had a yogurt and opened it and was off and curdled. This is unacceptable. I also did not like the fact that guests of the hotel still had to pay for sunbeds on the beach. I think this should be included. One last point was the restaurant,Very overpriced for what it was, not worth the money paid.

The view and the staff is kind. Also clean property.

One side of the building is very old and the other side is new. The hotel photos only show the new side, but there are no photos of the old side. When we checked into our room, we were shocked. We chose this hotel based on the photos, but the old part is very ugly and outdated. If you are giving guests the old rooms, then photos of those rooms should also be included on Booking.

A beautiful, stylish room with all the amenities. Cleaning was done every day, as well as towel replacement. Friendly staff. A lovely view from the restaurant. A nice beach and clean sea.

Breathtaking view from the breakfast balcony… Worth every single penny, just to wake up to that glorious view every morning!

The parking was always full, and you had to leave your car keys with a valet, who parked the car for you once a slot freed up. The ridiculously high prices for the sunbeds in the hotel’s private beach…. They should be free for guests. The lowest price you could get for simple sunbeds in a crowded area was 25€ (with guest discount already applied!)

I would say the hotel is better than its rated, that's why I give 10...

Clean, once you get around it seems pretty easy. Within reach of the beach, and the centre is just a little walk away.

Family room had the air conditioner a little old fashioned and the balcony was wet all the time, Family bathroom could have been done better.

Lovely beach-club with friendly staff, breakfast was good quality food but a little chaotic, comfortable room, well serviced, nice restaurants nearby. Great view from the bar/ breakfast area

Part of the hotel need finishing,

The hotel is very nice, with a great view from the restaurant. It also has a private beach with sunbeds if that is your thing. The room was very clean and breakfast was quite good.

This is just a thing that happened in our case but the fridge in our room made an annoying noise all the time, particularly annoying at night. Otherwise all good 😊
