Elevator needs technical support. You need to allow a few minutes to make it move. The mattress is too soft you can feel the wires inside. Overwhelming kitschy decor. The fantastic view does not call for too many objects .

Nice spacious apt near the port and local bus to Butrint National Park. Large balcony with a memorable view to sunrise and sunsets. Sort of a private local beach a few steps away.

The view here is amazing with a nice balcony, the location is brilliant rite next to the port, the apartment is spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The area has everything you need restaurants close by and a shop just down the street.

This apartment is a gem - spacious, right on the beachfront, with a balcony opening up to a stunning view of the sea. It's also conveniently located, with a Spar and some bakeries right around the corner, and the promenade with restaurants in 10 mins walk. Easily a great place to stay both in and off season. Eri is a very welcoming host, and always ready to help.

Directions/signage to the apartment could be given a bit earlier to take into consideration that some tourists aren't connected to the internet if they are travelling. WIFi could be improved to reach outside on the balcony (but that's a small issue)

The hosts were so helpful and always available. The location was perfect - close enough to the centre of town but with a wonderful view.

Kitchen amenities could use a minor tune up and have more cooking supplies (big sharp chopping knife, can opener, salt & pepper), but I was able to manage without any major issues. The only real issue was the Wi-Fi going in and out and having an overall weak connection. I let the host know about this and the same day she had an electrician come by and work on the connection issues. Unfortunately it didn't do much... maybe it's just a slower internet? 95% of the time the wifi had 3/4 bars, and a few times throughout the day disconnected from the internet completely for a few short moments. If this got fixed completely, the place would be 99.99% superb! Still though, despite these very minor things, you cannot beat the views, comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and value. I would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt. It was nearly perfect, and I'm a tough critic. LOVED it here.

The views are absolutely STUNNING!!! I loved being in the apartment just because of the views and how comfy and clean everything was/felt. The host was always happy to help and very prompt in responding to any concerns or questions I had. The host's mother lives next door and came over with oranges and an espresso for me, and is just adorable and sweet as could be. I loved staying here, so very much. The location was also fabulous, right next to the port to get on a ferry, and walking distance to everything, including town and the Spar supermarket a 1-minute walk away. Having Netflix on rainy days, a washing machine to clean dirty clothes and towels, and fast-acting AC on the hot days also didn't hurt :)

We had an amazing stay in the Port Side appartment! The family who owns it was so friendly and communication was really easy. The appartment itself is very spacious and clean. It's also nicely decorated and cozy with a balcony overlooking Saranda and the sea. The kitchen was well equipped. Shops and restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend this place!

The 1 bed apartment (C) has a side sea view rather than a full view but it's still a nice view over the bay of Sarande.

Everything you need is in the apartment. 5 minutes away from the ferry terminal walking and close to lots of bars, beaches and restaurants. The apartment is on the 5th floor so very quiet and the lift makes life very easy. The owners Mum lives across the hall and is always available should there be any problems.

This place really exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect and the hosts are very accommodating. We got the apartment with sea view room and we didn’t realise it came with a balcony so that was a great surprise! There are restaurants right outside the hotel and the promenade is a short walk away. The private beach is amazing also but please note that the sea is still cold end of April/early May. 10/10 will definitely be back.

In the best part of Sarandë, 2 min walk to ferry port from Corfu, 2 min walk to beach and a great spar 1 min away. The view was stunning and so relaxing . The owners were fantastic there are no faults at all book this place !!!!

Awesome modern accomodation for the last leg of our Albania trip before we cross to Greece/Corfu! Very spacious apartment with good views, beachfront to laze and swim at, close to Port for the ferry across. We went to a nearby fish market, got them to cook fish and squid, and took it back and ate on the balcony with the sunset/evening views and wine! You can also stroll down the promenade for a walk.. spar supermarket is also near. Plus, you can pay by credit card which wasn’t common in Albania. Def recommend!
