No net on the window. If you open (because it's a bit warm) all the mosquitos and night insects are inside. Kitchen is right behind entry door and is very tiny

Family run apartments. Room was very clean. Bedsheets are new and fresh. We were lucky and got just Amazing view from the room. Private parking, good wifi. Host gave us Sutbai Guest Cards which is a huge plus. In front of a house there is a restaurant

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhaus Monte! Everything was perfect – cozy and clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, and very friendly hosts. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

I loved everything. If I was being picky I would say that the ski room could be heated up better. I left my son's wet boots and gloves on the racks overnight but the next morning they were still wet. I could only find one English channel on the TV.

Breakfast was superb, very tasty and lots of choice. The room was perfect size with the balcony and lovely views on the mountains. Very nice location, ski bus just outside the house, not too far from the centre with the variety of restaurants and a supermarket. Lovely and welcoming owners.

Bed mattresses are somewhat old and not that comfortable. Ski holders are not suitable for holding modern skiing sticks that do not have any leashes. Therefore the sticks fall all over the place even upon a slight accidental touch.

Breakfast is probably best in class for this type of accommodation. The hospitality of the personnel is impeccable. We liked everything except bed mattresses in the room and the ski holders in the basement.

The ventilation in the room could have been better, and I would suggest fire alarms/detectors in every single room, not just in the corridors. The carpet in the room had seen its golden years a long time ago and should be replaced. I would have appreciated some vacuum cleaning of the room since some dust and hair easily gathers on the floor during a full week but the general maintenance was good enough.

Very friendly hosts who did their very best for us as guest to feel welcome and enjoy our holiday. The location is good just in between Neustift and Milders, next to a bus stop, which makes transport to the ski lifts and Innsbruck super easy. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and various. The room was spacious enough and had a balcony. The room was nice and the bathroom was in very good condition. Free WIFI with great speed.

Having to go home

Although a little out of town there is a bus stop literally right outside and the bus (590b) is very regular and reliable every 15-30 mins going up the valley to ski area or into town so no need to have a vehicle. The room was great with mountain views (advantage to location) and having the little kitchen is very useful when staying for more than a few days compared to a standard hotel room. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was great.

We loved the cozy and the very friendly atmosphere of our hosts and the breakfast time: a perfect intimate corner of wonderful delicacies. The room was very confortable and perfectly cleaned.

Exceptional apartment, clean, spacious, sunny, all the furniture is new and stylish. The breakfast is great with everything you need in it and even beyond. There is a bus stop in front if you don't want to use the car to the center. There is also a restaurant across the street so you have anything you need for your stay. Hosts are really nice and helpful

Nice hotel in great location for skiing with the bus stop right outside the hotel and a short 10-15 walk into Neustift. Very friendly managers. Would recommend.

The only thing that I didn't really like was a ski room and how the snow gear can be stored there. I brought my new snowboard for this trip and was worried about it not to be accidentally pushed by other people's gear (it's easy to damage a snowboard's edges by dropping it on a stone floor). So some sort of a vertical holder for the snow gear attached to the wall would be appreciated!

It was my first trip to the Alps and I'm glad I chose to stay at this hotel! The hotel has a very convenient location with two bus stops just next to it. It took me about 20-25 minutes to get to both Stubaier Gletscher and Schlick 2000 by a ski bus. The hotel is very cozy and cute, they serve delicious breakfasts. My room was also cozy and warm, with very comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Overall, I was happy with my choice and grateful for the hospitality of the owners!

Shared balcony (afraid of smokers, but fortunately not happened during our stay) and missing entrance hall in our apartment. We need to leave boots outside.

Having a small fridge would be appreciated.The TV didn't show any channels, but it didn't bother me to ask the owner to fix the problem

This was the second time I stayed at this pension. I stayed again in February 2019. It is located on the main road to the Stubai Glacier ski area, the bus stop is 50m away and the ski bus is free. This time I was allocated room number 12 on the second floor. A nice room for one person, warm, with good soundproofing and very clean.It also has a small balcony, but it doesn't have a good view, but it's not bad either!The owners are very friendly and welcoming.Breakfast is served in a nice room on the ground floor and is very good, almost nothing is missing and there is no limit to the amount that one can eat.In the basement there is a place to leave the ski boots and a dryer for the boots, also you had tools if you want to adjust the bindings or any repair to your boots.The village of Neustift is about 2km from the site and the road is safe for pedestrians, and of course there is the option of the bus that takes you to the surrounding villages for free with the card that the region gives to anyone staying in accommodation.The wifi signal is excellent, both in speed and stability.

Pillows were a bit lumpy and there was no shower gel unless you asked.

We felt extremely welcome! Super friendly and thoughtful host! And the location is great, and easy to reach as the bus literally stops in front of the building. The breakfast was very luxurious and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall a great place to stay!
