There were absolutely no downsides – everything was perfect from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent – quick, clear, and very helpful. The location is great: close to the main attractions in Graz and also perfect as a base for day trips. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need – and even more! The area is quiet and peaceful, with bus stops just around the corner that take you directly to the train station. Everything in the apartment is thoughtfully arranged, so that guests feel comfortable in any situation – even on rainy days. You can really tell that the host puts a lot of care and attention into making the place cozy and convenient. We highly recommend this place for both short and long stays – a truly excellent choice!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. I really appreciated the private parking, which made things so much easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean, and the bathroom was modern and nicely done. Everything was exactly as described, would definitely stay again!

Absolutely nothing. It was pretty much as described so we were not disappointed with anything.

Great location for visiting Graz if you are coming by car. We really appreciated the secure covered parking spot. The apartment is bright and cheerful as well as cosy. Excellent heating. Great to have a separate loo. Very nice, well equipped kitchen. There is even a freezer as well as a fridge. Comfortable beds. A friendly and helpful host. Lots of nice touches including some welcome drinks and snacks.

The supply of the kitchen is incredible. You can find there every thing you need. Beds and beds sheets are very comfortable and soft. The location of the apartment is amazing. I have to say that the owners of the property are amazing people and are pleased to help you every time you need them. I really recommend this place!

The location is excellent. Downtown is only minutes away, as well as Hofer for grocery shopping. The place was superbly clean with enough coffee for coffee-addicts such as me. Apartmant even had dozens of board games which helped us kill couple of hours on a rainy afternoon. The host was very friendly with a warm welcome and useful tips where to go and what to see. All in all, if we ever to go Graz again, we will definitely return to this comfy place with a charming balcony!

Such a fantastic apartment with well-thought out details and use of space. We all made note of the decoration and layout ideas for our own homes! Perfect location for exploring the city and parking on site make this an even more ideal location.

That by me posting this revue that it will be even more difficult to book later on as so many others will find this absolute gem of a place and book it before I get a chance.

Absolutely everything. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The owners went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The location was absolutely perfect and had a parking space for our car which meant we parked and could just walk everywhere for the rest of the weekend. Definitely highly recommended.
