Regarding the towels, please allow us to clarify: in line with our sustainability policy (as in most hotels), towels are only replaced when left on the floor. This helps us reduce water and energy consumption while still ensuring fresh towels whenever guests request them. Of course, our team is always happy to provide additional or fresh towels on request at any time.
