We had a nice and comfortable stay. The one bed apartment was part of a hotel and offered nice views. We also enjoyed quality breakfast downstairs each morning. The best thing was the free vouchers and free tickets for local travel and few nearby destinations. The railway access, only half kilometre away was another advantage.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was very clean and well equipped. We were even upgraded from a two-bedroom to a spacious apartment with a large bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The apartment also had a small kitchen with a double hot plate, perfect if you want to prepare something simple. A big plus is the supermarket located just a few steps away from the building. Most of the apartments probably offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet area, but at the same time, there are several places within walking distance where you can eat or simply enjoy a nice walk. One of the greatest advantages we truly appreciated was the free access to Tauern Spa in Kaprun, which made the stay even more special. The accommodation also provides a very good breakfast with small variations each day, so everyone can find something to enjoy. Last but not least, the staff were very nice, helpful, and always ready to assist. An additional benefit is that they speak English, which is not always common in Austria and made communication very easy. Highly recommended!

Fun way to differ the rooms, by colour, that’s very nice. Clean room, amazing view from our balcony, quiet location, close to Zell am See and Kaprun. Little touched like hair dryer in bathroom, tea and coffee at the hall when you run out of the ones you have in your room. Breakfast exceptional, smooth check in and check out.

Very clean. Central location. Lots of attractions nearby. The Therme daily tickets are the reason one have to choose this location. Warm and hospitable stuff too. Great views from the balcony and window.

Only some small details on the breakfast could be improved: - bacon could be cooked a bit more - bread was ok but nothing special - We missed Croissants, from 4 days we got only once and very small ones.

Spacious, clean, perfect location, private underground parking, nice view from the balcony. They also provided us with the summer vouchers book to visit places around for free or with a discount! Tauern SPA was included for all days free (it’s located ~10km away). It was good to relax in pools on our way home after a long day of exploring the Alps and neighborhoods. We would stay here again! For breakfast there were eggs mostly, some bacon, variety of desserts, bread, fruit, juice. Coffee with milk was delicious! Town Clock tower will ring the bells every 15minutes. A great way to wake up at 7am!:)

There was nothing we didn't like.

The check-in was self-service and we got the keys from a key box, but everything worked well. The room was quite modern and it had a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was very nice, eg we got eggs specifically cooked the way we wanted. The hotel gave us a leaflet with a lot of free activities and discounts in addition to the free visit to Tauern spa. The spa was fabulous and I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of more of the offered activities.

It should have everyday cleaning, but instead, it was on the 4th day of the stay. Commonly, you have to wait for the eggs and bacon to be prepared instead of being available in the buffet. No staff after 12-13.00 so you have to unlock the door of the hotel by yourself.

Nice quiet location in the small town - of Maishofen. It is a good location between the great ski centers of Kaprun, Zell Am See, and Saalbach. It has a very nice ski room with ski lockers for each room. Rooms with big beds and nice bathrooms. Very pleasant stuff. It is great that you have a pass for the great SPA center in Kaprun, although it is 15 mins drive from the hotel.

Nothing to say here but if I was to nitpick and search for flaws, it took us three minutes to figure out how to open the garage so maybe it could be explained better.

Breakfast was perfect, every little detail is thought through, from cutlery to scrambled eggs which were cooked to perfection. Room was large and had everything to feel at home. Underground garage is very nice touch especially since it was very cold, you don't see that very often(actually never) in these kind of accommodations. Access to Tauernspa is great selling point since it is one of the best thermal places in Austria.
