The only downside was the bed — it was really uncomfortable. Also, the room was a bit chilly.

I didn’t expect it to be this good! Everything was spotless, and the view of the vineyard from the window looked like a painting. We were pleasantly surprised that even during our two-night stay, the room was cleaned. Breakfast was simple but really nice. And there’s a lovely, peaceful courtyard where you can relax with a glass of wine made by the hosts themselves. Highly, highly recommend!

Location is very good! Right across the river, next to wineyards, on the cycling route and has a famous church as well. Clean room and very nice property. Very good breakfast! The chocolate peach cake i had was one of the best! Very nice host, good communication. Theres a bus stop 1 min from the property Bus every hour that goes to melk or Krems

I liked everything :-)

Martina is a superb host: very nice and helpful. She offers breakfast served with their homemade jam (as well as eggs, cheese etc...). You can buy their wines or just to taste them (as I did) in the local wein schenke. The room itself is very clean. If you prefer calm spot for your stay, just a few kilometres far from the vibrant village of Durnstein, don´t hesitate to stay at the Hubers´place.

The owner of the guesthouse is very welcoming and helpful. I feel very comfortable as if I was at home, even if I speak very little German.

It offered a serene ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. We appreciated the tranquility, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed each morning. The hosts were the epitome of hospitality, greeting us with genuine warmth and offering assistance throughout our stay. They were readily available to answer any questions we had and provided valuable local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. One of the most refreshing aspects of our stay was that everything lived up to the description and photos provided online. There were no unpleasant surprises or discrepancies; rather, it exceeded our expectations in many ways. What we saw in the photos was precisely what we encountered upon arrival, which further reinforced the trustworthiness of the hosts. In conclusion, apartment was an absolute gem. From its cleanliness and spaciousness to the well-equipped kitchen and tranquil surroundings, every element contributed to a wonderful stay. The warmth and helpfulness of the hosts added a personal touch that made our experience truly unforgettable.

A very nice and spacious apartment, well equipped, all good quality. A quiet location with views of the Danube. Martina was very kind and understanding (at a request of us).
