Quiet house at the end of a small street, wonderful new apartment with quality furniture and appliances, including private terrace and access to a washing machine. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Very clean. 15 minutes walk into town, 45 minutes walk to the lake.

The location is amazing, the appartment is clean, well equipped, we even saw deers from the terrace. The surroundings are calm and relaxing. It is located nearby the wonderful Wilder Kaiser where you can do very nice hikes.

The check in process could have been much better. We arrived at 2:45 pm and could not reach anyone for about 45 minutes. It wasn't until we contacted Booking explaining our issue that we suddenly received a call on the door intercom telling us how to obtain the key. After that there were no problems. Definitely not a big issue but a little tweaking wouldn't hurt.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. It is about a 20 minute walk from the center of Sheffau. It is uphill so be aware if you do not have a car. The building itself has 4 apartments with free parking. It is at the end of the end of the street and in the forest. There are very nice views of the town and mountains from the terrace.

Location is only reachable by car (just bear in mind, if you plan to book). Also the check in instructions could be more clear: upon arrival we were not sure how to proceed. We ringed the bell two times and made a phone call and then the host came out.

Location was good, near an authentic Austrian village with a very nice view of the mountains, although it is reachable by car only (public transport + walking is not that convenient). The room was much bigger than expected and kitchen was also there. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. Major lifts are within 30 min reach by a car.

Slightly challenging to communicate with the host due to the language barrier. Received no instruction for check out. Besides that, the host seemed kind and welcoming.

Very cozy, comfortable space with mostly everything you need (would've liked a microwave). Quiet location, close drive to town. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but the pillows were the most comfortable we've had on our 2 week road trip around Austria (they weren't super flat!)

An excellent holiday apartment in a very quiet location. The room was very nicely appointed and impeccably clean. The hostess was very welcoming and went out of her way to accommodate me. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was exceptionally quiet.

An excellent compact apartment, modern, clean and a lovely view from Gaisberg. bed was comfortable. we only stayed one night but I would consider this for a whole week. it is very peaceful.

No coffee pods for the coffee machine. Staff was not very friendly. No shower products provided.

The owners must have sprayed our room right after we called them from the front door. Very strong and overwhelming chemical scent was apparent causing us to have a headache the next day. I presume that they were covering up a strong smell or odor ~ maybe drainage? Be aware
