I would say nothing. Everything is so perfect.

We had such a peaceful slumber during our stay — I didn’t even hear my alarm, a true sign of how restful and comfortable this lovely home was. The host was incredibly thoughtful. They sent us messages in our native language, which truly touched our hearts. The self check-in and check-out were seamless and very convenient. The place was exceptionally well-equipped: prosecco waiting for us, a coffee machine, kettle, and a kitchen with everything we could possibly need. It didn’t feel like a rental — it felt like a warm, welcoming home away from our home. We loved every moment here and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. If we ever return, this will be our first choice without hesitation.

A frying pan would have been handy, but really irrelevant in the big picture!

The location was great! Very roomy and comfortable. Facilities were great. Host fabulous. Parking secure! Almost everything you need for cooking! Swimming lake close by!

Amazing accommodation in a quiet part of Linz. Huge rooms, balcony with city view and beautifully maintained garden. Possibility of outdoor seating. Parking without problems. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and very good communication with the owners. We can highly recommend it for stays where you are looking for peace, relaxation and the possibility of trips around the area.

Well appointed and great mix of indoor and outdoor space. Set against the edge of a forest on a hill makes for peaceful and tranquil accommodation.We specifically were looking for something further away from the Altstadt and closer to the University so we rented our own car making it easier to get around.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every respect and in every way. Not only was the apartment clean and comfortable, but it was furnished with great taste. We felt so comfortable there that we couldn't wait to go sightseeing... Kurt is a very kind host. If we visit Linz again, we will most definitely book this apartment.

Don't book with young children. The interior is made so nice, tastefully and delicate.

It is a wonderful apartment. Nearly a museum. Everything is foreseen. It is just outside the city in a very quiet green area with magnificent view over the city. We will book again their when we go to Linz. Top.

It’s a bit of a hike up a hill but it is Austria. Seems like it was reasonable. And taxis could find it OK so that was always an option. I didn’t mind but it might be difficult for anyone struggling with mobility.

Truly everything. One of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed in. Perfectly located close to a bus stop and just outside town. Memory Foam Mattress.

it was very hot inside the apartment and we had to ask for a fan as not veryone likes to have all the doors and windows open especially when the sun is rising very early in the morning. you couldn't sit up in bed because of sloping ceilings. the decor was all a bit of a mish-mash !!!

good location - short drive into the city and also very close to really nice lake - good for walking, relaxing and swimming. big apartment with private entrance and good parking. the big balcony although the views were spoilt by he city's industrial area.

Limited cooking facilities. A 4 element induction cooktop but only 1 saucepan.
