We were quite cold in the apartment as we could not properly turn on the heating. Some preheating before arrival would have been useful as we got there quite late and we were travelling with kids.

It was rather cold inside because the door to several apartments was open so the door to the room was basically the door to the street. It was late October. We lived on the 1st floor so I was woken up at 7am by the garage pick up which was right in front of our window.

It’s right in the center, next to the main square. The room is clean and comfortable. I would say it’s even better than in the pictures.

The less of furniture, for example no cabinets, only one night lamp buy king size bed, small shower.

The apartment is very spacious but very spartan. Due to the sheer size of the rooms and almost no furniture it felt as a ballroom. It could profit from some homey touches as cabinets and some decor. Kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment (top 7) had a smoke smell, even though it is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments. The dishwasher was broken.

The location is great. The apartment is large and it clean. The beds are comfortable. The wi-fi worked well. Even though it is located by a busy street, the windows block the outside noise. I did the check-in online and everything went smoothly. I had a question before arrival, called the phone number in the reservation, and a real person helped me with it

You really have to have a good look on google maps to find this place; you can't stop on that main road. I double parked nearby left my wife in the car and walked to the accommodation, even then I walked past it, its poorly marked, I didn't see a number or sign, I spotted the key in box to open the gate! We left the car double parked and dropped our bags, there's a machine to log in (remember your booking number). Theres a parking garage 120m away, 25 euro per 24hrs, cheaper with BMove app, but I couldn't get it to work (I'm 72!) The air con didn't work, no batteries in the remote! I swopped batteries with tv remote, I think it's the first time it's run! To open the gate on exiting, there is a button to the right of that fancy check in machine. We spent some time with that machine to open gate before spotting the button on right side. Please sign/label the accommodation. Very nice accommodation with excellent location, hard to access through poor information supplied.

Lovely room like new, very clean. We were in room one ground floor, it's on a busy main road but very quiet, noise insulation is good. Lovely bathroom :-). Stayed one night, host supplied four coffee pods and milk for coffee machine :-) Excellent location, very close to Centre :-) It has aircon :-) No information in accommodation but tourist office close by in main square, wished we had stayed longer in Linz.

Difficult to enter. You know the code, but entering the code is difficult, it works sometimes on 2nd attempt, sometimes on 5th. Some stress when trying to get to apartment is guaranteed.

The apartment is roomy, warm, clean and well equipped! Localization is also very good!

Although we requested an early check in and it was confirmed for early check in, the "key code" was only available at 15:00. Very noisy road below the apartment. When booking the accommodation, it was not made clear that there is not parking on the premises

Lack of communication. After payment we didn't receive instructions how to get in the apartment. Two days before trip, we sent email requesting instructions. No reply. We had to call them to provide us instructions. Not enough appliances in the kitchen Hugh toilet and missing some basic stuff

The only thing I'd improve was the quantity of kitchen equipment, as it was a bit scarce.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, perhaps more spacious than the photos suggest. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was nice and recently refurbished.

They don’t provide space to park the car. Because of that we had to leave earlier as we parked on a public space where from 8am to 6 pm the maximum stay was one hour and a half.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Near the town center. I have rated with 9 out of 10 because they don’t have parking space.

Right next to a very busy street, really noisy, but still, we slept well.. We would appreciate if smoking on the balcony was allowed.. it says parking, but in reality its public parking in parking houses which you need to pay extra and it's good to know it in advance to count with it, this was not clear when booking our stay, i only found it in someones comment

Very big and spacious appartment with high ceilings, very nice, equipped, clean, comfortable beds. Great location, right in the city center, near the river, self check-in instructions great.. we liked it a lot.

Really poor wifi. It could barely cope with 1 log on, let alone two. Smart TV rendered useless. Remotely located staff not interested/able in providing any useful assistance.

The building is under renovation, scaffolding outside the windows which are covered by plastic sheets so no view outside. A very busy street, front door of building was open all night as the closing mechanism did not work properly.

Big appartment, close to Danube and city center. As we were travveling by bycicles, it was very good position, close to the Danube bike trail. Parking for the bicicles inside the yard of the building.

I really enjoyed how spacious the apartment was. It was very clean, well equipped with all the necessary things you need. There was even some coffee and cream for us.
