The tram pass near to the bedroom, building was in renovation on the outside, tv had no signal, however the owner offered to send a tech to solve this.
Very clean, very well equipped and good value for the money.

What I truly appreciated about this property is the incredible attention to detail shown by the lady responsible for the flat. She didn’t miss a single item one might need at home I genuinely felt at home from the moment I walked in. The preparation and setup upon arrival were even better than what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. She was also thoughtful enough to include sweets for the kids, which was such a kind and personal touch. I truly appreciate her care for both the details and the cleanliness. Thank you!

The location despite it is almost in the city centre is surrounded with some not maintained buldings where live strange people who sit in front of buildings and prepare barbecue. They are little bit noisy and there is mess everywhere . From second side of building is tram line very close to the building so you can't have open windows during night.
Very nice reconstructed and well equipped apartement with everything you need including washing machine. The owner is very kind, helpful and flexible and provide you with all information you need. Superb is free parking lot behind the building.
