Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Beautiful property and special thanks to NED the General manager and all the staff, they were all amazing. If you are a swimmer you will enjoy the pool very clean and up to the standard of a luxury hotel. Pastarama the Italian restaurant in the hotel is really good so of my 5 nights in Vienna I ate there 3 times.

Saudi ArabiaNot major however, it was annoying in some of the days with the breakfast area, staff were not consistent, sometimes slow to the extent where some of them had forgotten about my order. Not a place for people who are in a rush or naturally on time. It was sometimes frustrating.
I was treated by everyone I come across like no one but myself! Their attention to details was phenomenal and the place’s vibe was to die for. Breakfast time extends towards noon on the weekends and on the weekdays up to 1100. Top notch spa and restaurants run by professionals. Excellent laundry service. Special thanks to the ones who made my stay joyful and memorable to the fullest (Benjamin, Jasper and Nina from the dstrikt) and to the ones who went above and beyond that I can’t describe in words, they just made the ritz Vienna one of a kind, Oliver and Karina!

United StatesThis is the one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about the room and location was excellent. But the thing that really made it outstanding was the service. They wrote personalized cards to me and my wife. And even wrote a postcard even we checked out of things that the front desk persons recommends we do in England during the next portion of our honey moon. Outstanding, definitely recommend any stay here.

We were amazed and thrilled at how wonderful all the staff were. Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host.
