Hi there. First of all, thank you for staying with us. We are not a hostel, we are a boutique hotel, which is very common in Potts Point/Kingscross area. Our housekeeper/cleaner do not provide daily cleaning service is because we repect our guests privacy, we do not get into guests room without guest's concents and you are always welcome to speak to the reception if you have any questions and concerns. The room that you've booked was one of the cheapest room in Sydney CBD/ Potts Point/ Kingscross area and we never mentioned nor guarantee that all rooms have air con and again, if you need an extra fan or if you would like to upgrade to an air con room, you can always ask our reception as they are here to help guests with what the need. Potts Point and Kingscross are one of the busiest area in Sydney, especially during World Pride Weeks and football nights. We mentioned quiet time after 10pm during check in but we cannot prevent outside noises, it's beyond our control. As for our room size, again we are a boutique hotel in one of the busiest area in Sydney. Our room size are similar with other surrounding boutique hotels. Of couse, if you compare our room sizes with 5 stars hotel in the CBD or hotels in the rural area, then yes our rooms are smaller than them. But please don't forget you are only paying a fraction of the price. Thank you. HFH Team.
