There was nothing not to love about our 2 night stay here! Ken the host was exceptional at communication and checking if we needed anything during our time here. There was 3 full draws of toys and games which our 2 children absolutely loved and easily made it their favourite place they have stayed along with the incredible spa outside. The views were so lovely! The house was extremely clean, warm and homely. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was lovely to have a selection of tea and coffee provided. Could not fault staying here! 😊

Although it wasn’t an issue for us, there is no washing machine at the property.

The views from the upstairs living areas were magnificent. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Having two bathrooms suited our group. And the highlight for us was the outdoor spa. It was very relaxing after a day’s sightseeing.

The second bedroom was not as nice as the master so we had to draw straws as to who got the best room .

Beautiful views. The house was beautiful. The host was very helpful. It’s a good hours walk to the ferry along the coast but a lovely walk ! The hot tub was great .

The bushy plants next to the spa we are a bit scared that you cannot see what's animals might be hiding. Other than that the property is perfect :)

The panoramic view of the house was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and we will miss the beautiful view of the beach and Mount Wellington. Ken was an excellent host, he very helpful and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property and looking forward to stay here again in our next visit. :)

Our stay at Hobart Panoramic View with Spas was absolutely incredible. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offers breathtaking views of the Derwent River. We were fortunate to celebrate New Year’s Eve here and had the perfect vantage point to enjoy the fireworks right from the balcony—it was an unforgettable experience! The property features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. There are also two terraces and a lovely backyard with a jacuzzi, which we made use of every evening for ultimate relaxation. We were genuinely sad to leave, as it felt like a home away from home. Without a doubt, if I return to Hobart, this will be my top choice for accommodation. Highly recommended!

Downstairs bedroom is very nice but “functional” and could do with additional bedside table and blackout blinds.

Location was excellent just outside Hobart in a quiet area. Parking was easy and right outside property. Apartment was very comfortable. clean and spacious with all you would need for your stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. The views from the apartment were amazing looking out on to the water and Hobart a really lovely view that you never got tired of seeing. Communication from Ken the host was excellent and responded very quickly to any queries we had. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such comfortable and relaxing surroundings.

Owners live in the other part of the home. Internal door locked near kitchen.

The view was amazing.. Comfortable beds and living areas. Spa was fantastic, but time limited to 9PM

There were some power issues hence we couldn’t end up using the indoor spa as it kept stopping. The privacy is not as complete as described, there were quite a bit of sounds coming through the door in the kitchen from the other side of the house as the hosts live on the other side. Not a biggie at all but the description of “complete privacy” is not that accurate. Nice stay otherwise.

The view is an absolute winner. We could just sit looking out the windows for hours. Ken is responsive and is there to help if something is not working. They even left some yummy cakes on the table when we arrived. The apartment is nice and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean. Thanks for having us!

Not much to say, only thing, is we like to cook a lot, and being from Melbourne we have a lot of gas tops, and was hard to cook on an induction stove top, that’s about it. But there’s a gas bbq out the back.

Ken was lovely and very accommodating. The place was stunning and the view was just beautiful.

The second bedroom was very cold and too big to heat properly.

Loved the views and spa pool and the warm welcome by the owner. It was like home from home with expansive space, all the equipment you needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and blankets. Wonderful space if you need to entertain but with only two bedrooms, large parties couldn’t be accommodated.

The view was stunning and the lounge was a relaxing space at the end of a hard work day. Communication was excellent and spa wise we were spoiled for choice - one inside and one outside! Very clean and the host welcoming with excellent communication.
