There was just one double sized blanket in our room and we had 2 single beds. Sometimes we ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't any extra available. Sometimes the hair dryer wasn't available, had to go to another floor to get one. We only had 3 clothes hangers in the wardrobe, would need 3 more.

The rooms were clean and functional, the breakfast was good, the chapel was a lovely quiet space to pray. Location was quiet, about 20 minutes walk from St. James's church.

The pool was closed for the season , & was a bit too far from the town centre but other than that I loved the peace in the hotel they never bothered you

A beautiful clean hotel , I enjoyed my stay here walking distance to apparition Hill but mostly taxis to the Church peaceful location clean affordable hotel pleasant staff thankyou ❤️🙏

Staff not friendly at all. Breakfast not satisfied...nothing was available to have even when we asked nothing was supply. When is raining you can hear laud dripping (banging) water in gutters pipe....not available to sleep Hard to find that place because when you booking is the name of hotelis in Italian language but on hotel itself is Flame of love....so is confusing for people..

Nice clean big room and bathroom. Beautiful chapel and lot of religious pictures on the wall. Swimming pool. Location little bit far from church but quiet. Nice view. Good price. Nice flooring

Nothing to mention.

Value for money. Peaceful atmosphere. No need to worry about anything. Very near to Apparition Hill. Good breakfast for extra Euros. You can also walk a few steps to a nice bakery for coffee and croissant.

The staff were very good. They even called taxis for me. There is a lovely chapel in the hotel and a swimming pool.

I heard they were more concerned about accommodating people than the money. I didn't understand it, but now I'm a believer. They care for their staff and it shows in the care they offer to people. Will definitely stay here in the future.

This property was fantastic, very clean, comfortable beds , great working air conditioning!! spacious rooms the staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast is a must have !! nice quiet area away from the strip of shops but still not a far walk from the center. Bonus with a swimming pool as it was very hot we got to relax and cool off . Short walk from Apparition Hill. Would definitely recommend CASA Della FIAMMA.

There was no staff upon arrival. The confirmation message said there would be the key waiting for us at the reptilian desk in the envelope with my name. Unfortunately, there were 5 envelopes with other names. Luckily a person passed by and gave us our key. In the morning all envelopes at the reception desk were still there… So, if it happens to you, suit yourself and take one of the spare keys :)

The facility looked brand new, everything clean. Price very affordable.

I would recommend every this place. Staff is polite and friendly. Everything is super clean and neat, new and beds are super comfortable.

Breakfast buffet needs some improvements, for 7 euros the variation is too small. Outdoor pool was closed, although listed as facility. We visited in june having 30 degrees, so pool should've been open. There is a trash bin missing in the bedroom, there is only a small one in the bathroom.

Cleanliness, modern new accommodation. Lovely staff. Loved the christian pictures all over the place 😊
