So much to like…. Extremely welcoming, kind and informative host. Very enthusiastic to share local knowledge and really accommodating about looking after luggage etc. Excellent location, a short walk to the main square and menin gate but a very quiet location to get a good night’s sleep in. The breakfast was super, an excellent varied offering and the facilities spotless.

Loved Everything!

Karen, our host went far and beyond to make this stay a comfortable and memorable one. Her attention to detail with extra things ( in case we forgot them), to a great buffet breakfast. Karen’s war history is amazing and gave us some great recommendations. “Juliette’s “ was very clean, cosy and homely with just a couple of minutes walk into town.

Not much not to like. Every need was thought through and provided for.

Juliette was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. she made you feel extremely welcome and very comfortable. Her breakfast was delicious and lacked nothing. I would highly recommend her place to any traveler.

Karen made us feel so welcome. We felt at home immediately. Our room was comfortable & nicely furnished. Great shower. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Ideally situated for visiting the centre of Ypres which was only a few minutes walk. There was free parking right outside. Would stay again.

Sited within the City of Ypes, idea for access to the Menin Gate and WWI history. Very friendly owners who also had good knowledge of the city. Location had free unlimited parking opposite. Owners not on site all the time but only a phone call away and very helpful.

All was great, no problems at all.

Very nice place to stay, wonderfful hosts, right next to the free parking area in Ieper and a short walk to all of the must visit places in Ieper. Lovely room with en-suite and great breakfast.

There was nothing that our party didn’t like about the property, everything was perfect.

Conveniently located near the centre of Ypres. Free Car parking across the road. As we had motorcycles, we were offered secure parking in a garage close by but were satisfied with the on street parking availability.

Short walk to centre, great communication from owner who text to ask if we wished to check in earlier , very friendly , great room with balcony overlooking the garden, lovely breakfast as well, there is street parking, but the owner very kindly allowed us to park motorcycle in their garage next door

Karen is a wealth of information about Ypres and Flanders history and will offer suggestions on where to go and also how to get there. She truly treats guests like friends and dotes on them.

Very friendly greeting, landlady very knowledgable about Ypre's history, we loved the relaxed atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Situated in walking distance of historical town and most most amenities. We will definitely recommend it and visit again.

Easy to find with free parking close by. Location really good with 10 minute stroll to Menin Gate. Karen was the perfect host and provided us with a great buffet breakfast.

Spacious area, our rooms had a lounge area as well as good sized bedrooms. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location just a short walk from centre and Menin Gate. Ypres is a lovely city.

Lovely host and came and met us so we could check in 2 hours earlier. Beautiful room with a lovely little balcony and a great shower. Kettle in the room with plenty of tea and coffee with added sweets and chocolates. Perfect location and a garage to put your bikes and scooters in. Breakfast was your usual European breakfast but a lot of it and laid out nicely in the breakfast room. Lots of tea and coffee and a very inviting atmosphere. The room and whole place was spotlessly clean and anything you could possibly want was to hand.
