Great location - only 10 mins walk to the centre. The room was bright and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The owner was really helpful and accommodated our late arrival.

We wish that there had been an extra mattress for our teenage son, as our sons were not keen to share the double mattress. The futon did not work as an option unfortunately. We also thought that with no cooker, only a microwave, there were less options for cooking if one stayed in. We would have liked to have had the parking options nearby explained, as it was difficult to get our heads around finding cheap parking, but realised the host was not aware that we would arrive by car.

We think this flat was located perfectly, everything we wanted was within walking distance. I only took the bus through town to reach a train to Brussels one day, as that was faster then me finding the train station on my own. The flat has been very nicely decorated and furnished, it was a perfect, homely place to explore the city centre of Bruges! The host was not able to be there when we arrived because of work commitments, but had arranged for us to get the key via other means, which was convenient for us. He also came to the flat to greet us later. And we enjoyed the 2 Belgian beers and baked gods he had provided for our arrival.

No curtains on the windows down the side isn't what we are used to but didn't cause a problem. Not sure it's suitable for young families as the toilet is downstairs and there are 2 easy access staircases in the room. These are shown in the pictures so just an opinion.

Great location. Very clean and lovely bedding and fluffy towels. Great facilities, particularly the kitchen. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. He was very helpful. Very quiet at night and in the day as it's set just slightly back from the street. Perfect for a good nights sleep .

It was a bit difficult to find and not clearly marked as it was behind the address given. However, Elias responded quickly when we contacted him that we were lost. I had hoped for a cook top and toaster in the kitchenette so one meal during our stay could have been prepared in the apartment, but it was well stocked with dishes, a microwave, and a coffee pot only. My only suggestion to future guests is to close the windows in the evening, the mosquitos invaded and attacked while we slept!

The property was clean, quiet and large enough for our family of 4 to spread out in. We were just a 12 minute walk from the center of the old town but far enough away that the evenings were quiet. There were brochures and information on local attractions readily available. Elias greeted us with treats and beer after our journey.

The location was perfect for my family of 4 . Although the room was mainly 1 big open-plan room, the way they had it set up with a small mezzanine floor just felt like we all had our own space. And little gifts left in frindge was a nice touch would recommend.

The listing says parking is available, but doesn’t mention this is actually paid parking unless it’s between the hours of 8pm and 8am. The carpark was right outside so that wasn’t an issue, but it was fairly pricey per hour. I’d also recommend getting a fan for the room as it was very warm at night. Not everyone can sleep with the windows open - there were mosquitoes!

Great little place in an outstanding location. We found it roomy and comfortable. The second bed should be up in the eaves- a mezzanine type platform - but the mattress was made up on the lower level. In cooler weather it would be ideal for a couple of older kids, ours were initially disappointed they couldn’t sleep there but soon realised it would have been too hot! It was a short and scenic stroll to the historic city centre along a trendy street of cafes and stores. Definitely try the latin street food Wuakmole - excellent food and drinks, friendly staff. No issue with shower - just don’t blast the water and it won’t make too much mess. Was surprised how quiet it was despite there being a bar on the corner. Our host was very friendly

Just the short days of my stay. There is nothing you cant like

Everything was excellent and exceptional good. The host (Elias) is very kind and very attitude. He met us with the local and tasty beer. We arrived late and he met us near apartment. Apartment was great, my children like it very much, and it really is very good. Location is perfect, near the center and everything you need (cafes, restaurants, shops). Perfect for rest in peacefull place.

Very difficult to find and no contact information was available. I would recommend a sofa bed rather than the mattress in the loft which we moved down for the children to sleep on the floor (though we had no complaints with that but it would be easier for the host if they had something more permanent as I suspect most people would move the mattress down).

Everything was fresh, clean and new. Very comfortable. Perfectly suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Friendly and helpful host. Excellent location - walking distance to old town.
