We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PortugalThe noise isolation is terrible and, as there is a lot of people people checking in and out in the middle of the night, it’s pretty hard to sleep well. I think it’s also expensive for the service, but I think you pay the confort of don’t leaving the airport
The hotel it’s inside the airport (but on the national arrivals, meaning you need to exit the transit area, and then enter again). I liked that, while the rooms don’t have private bathrooms, they have a system of individual complete bathrooms that are accessed with the card and cleaned after each use. They provide towels, hairdryer and shampoo. It was very clean

Upon arrival in the hotel I learned that had I called directly I could've booked on an hourly basis and as I only needed the room for 3 hours I would've paid a fraction of the fee I paid via the website. I honestly feel a bit cheated
