Staying at Creuzas Pousada is the best option to spend time in Ilha Grande. She is an awesome host and always makes sure you have everything you need! The location is great - close to everything, but quiet. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The coffee in the morning is nice and the small kitchen has everything you need to prepare your breakfast. Thanks for having us, Creuza!

Lovely quiet pousada, a bit out of town and surrounded by beautiful jungle. The lovely owner who serves coffee in the morning and really looks after you. Everything very clean and comfortable.

Lovely place for a stay in Ilha Grande. Our host Creuza was very kind and welcoming, we had everything we needed and she let us leave our bags and return to shower before leaving the island after we had checked out. Really clean and comfortable.

The Wifi didn't reach further into the room than just the door. That was a bit annoying but still a very minor detail.

Exceptional Stay. Wonderful host, really nice and tidy place. Really a place to feel at peace. I loved how it was also a little bit further up in the quiet and not in the hustle ans bustle of the beach. I also loved that there was a water filter in the kitchen! The host is the sweetest, warmest woman who made us feel so welcome. We would've loved to stay even longer.

Our stay at Pitanga was excellent. Abraao a great location for visiting the rest of the island. Creuse was an exceptional host, very friendly and super helpful with giving us directions and places to see. We even stayed an additional night!

Great small Pousada in Abraão. We liked the location, close to the center yet very quiet Everything was very clean always. The room is spacious and has a small fridge to store food which you can prepare in the common kitchen. The owner Creuza is very nice & helpful and gave us lots of great tips.

The only inconvenient is the cash payment as there is no ATM on the island and they do not accept credit card.

Friendly owners. Clean and the right amount of space. Good internet connection. TV. Much better than expected. The place is kind of romantic with loads of greenery. Quiet at night. It was way better than expected. LGBTQ friendly.

Pitanga is beautiful, an amazing location in Ihla grande. It has a good and clean kitchen, filtered water available and the staff is super friendly.

Beautiful pousada surrounded by lush rainforest, about 7 minutes walk from the port. We loved standing on our balcony looking out into the jungle, listening to the sound of the nearby stream and sometimes even seeing marmoset monkeys in the trees! The rooms are clean and spacious and the air-conditioning is very effective (noting that they charge 20R a day for the use of the aircon). A small kitchen is available if you want to cook. They also provide free coffee in the mornings which was a nice touch! Creuza and Juliana were wonderful hosts. Juliana gave us lots of information about the island and all of the available tours and even helped to book them for us! Creuza was kind enough to come down to the medical centre with us one night when my partner was feeling unwell! They also have a cute and friendly cat! Highly recommend.

The bed was extremely hard, it gave me shoulder pain that lasted for a couple of days from laying on my side. Wifi was very slow and kept disconnecting but this is probably common on the island.

Juliana was the best and sweetest host ever. She was very friendly and helped me with tours and let me check in early. She also made us excellent coffee every morning. My room was backed up to the jungle and river. It was amazing to wake up to the sounds of birds and river every morning. The room was very nice and spacious. The location was excellent. I had a great stay here, thanks to Juliana.

Very clean, 8 min walk from the beach/pier but still felt tucked away, quiet and safe not being on the main strip. Staff very helpful and cleaned rooms each day we were staying, this was a great touch.

Location, peacefull and green area, close to everything. Sound of the waterfall, birds singing, beautiful trees and flowers surrounding the property. Super nice, welcoming, attentive hosts. Our room was cleaned every day, towels changed every 2 days . Very relaxed place. Fresh coffee waiting for us every morning was a blessing.Thank You Creuza. We will come back ❤️

You may need to pay for air-conditioning in the hot months but there is a fan upstairs.

The room is big with 2 floors - upstairs bedroom and balcony looking onto a forest with a river and downstairs with the bathroom, table for 2, small fridge and another bed if needed. The outside area is also full of nature with some seating outside the outdoor kitchen where coffee is provided by the host and where you and prepare breakfast and small meals. The pousada is small having only 4 rooms and in a very quiet area but not far from the main area of Abraao. Creuza was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome and hope to come back to stay in the future. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We had a great stay here! Very friendly host, who was up for a chat and provided great tips on what to do on the island and how to get around. The room was very clean and spacious, very peaceful feel, nice hammocks on the patio, and fresh coffee was available every morning. Would definitely recommend!
