There were some ants in the bathroom, no kettle to make coffee or tea in the room, and no food in the hotel except for breakfast

Nothing at all

Although a bit on the outskirts of times, the poussada was well located overlooking the town and surrounded by dense tropical vegetation. There’s a cute dog and cat that roam around the terrain. Staff was really helpful to prepare a full breakfast before 700am because we were leaving for Chapada Diamantina. Rooms have airconditioning!

Location is a bit uphill. Not very handy if you don’t use cars or if you have a trolley luggage. Also the reception staff is not so friendly.

The place feels like you are in the jungle. There are monkeys coming next to the breakfast area. Breakfast is great btw and changes every day. Also the hammock areas are fantastic

Bed was not the most comfortable. Not sure if there was a price list for the mini bar but I didn't see one.

There is no swimming pool.

The Breakfast was absolutely awesome. Watching the birds and Lizards while drinking fresh juice and eating deliciously made eggs and coffee was a highlight. I also really appreciate rooms that have AC and a Fan.

Everything was great but you should be aware that the pousada is located on the other side of the river from the central town.

The staff were extremely helpful with our early check in. They made a video to show us how to check in by ourselves after we arrived at 5am having taken the sleeper bus from Salvador. The breakfast was in a beautiful setting - we saw marmosets and lots of different birds including hummingbirds. We had a great stay!

Sink was not comfortable and it’s better to use the car to go to the city centre.

The pousada is located in the green area and there are many birds at the breakfast.

I became a big fan of Lencois and the Chapada Diamantina National Park and am glad to have stayed at this beautiful and quiet Pousada. It is located quietly on top of a hill (in reality a 10 minutes - if uphill -walk from the historical center and bus station) and has amazing views over the valley. Staff was super friendly and I this must have been my favorite breakfast buffet of my whole stay in Brazil. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and have quick wifi and a mini bar handily filled with water and some ice cold beer. It's a perfect retreat after a day full of action in the park and I would have loved to spent a couple of nights more.

Steep walk to get from Lençois to the room. They offer a laundry service for 3.5 BRL (which we found out was per item!) Total rip off

There are minor infrastructure issues, but the staff always solved the ones that bothered us. Access to the property can be complicated - either by walking or by car.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is amazing surrounded by a nice green area.

the nextdoor room's airconditioning was pretty loud. It was hard to sleep while the other guests were keeping it on.

The pousada is lovely and only 10 minutes walk from the center and all the restaurants. They offer a nice breakfast each morning.

very friendly and attentive receptionist who helped us with various questions, very comfy beds and clean rooms, beautiful gardens and lots of utilizable space like hammocks or the amazing terrace and epic views into the town of Lencois and surrounding hills. amazing breakfast too! this place is a gem ans we wish we had stayed here a bit longer!

The walk from town is up a steep hill! But the pousada is able to call a taxi on request.

Beautiful pousada with lovely gardens, very peaceful and with marmosets in the trees! The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Private terrace with hammock and sofa, great to relax in. Larger terrace with fantastic views. Generous buffet breakfast with decent coffee. A 10 minute walk to the bus station and centre.
