Great Place , Nice Brekfast .

Great location, was nice staff, Pool was nice. My room was not very clean we stay 2 days was fine. Nice Brekfast .

Ideal location as I was located on the 1st beach with direct access to the beach. I had the view on the sea while having delicious breakfasts and tea times 😉 The personal was extremely devoted, polite and pleasant. The view from the pool was also amazing especially for sunsets.

WiFi was spotty when it rained.

Location, staff, breakfast were all amazing. Room was very comfortable. I was in the separate building and had no issues at all (30 second walk to the main building)

In the first morning, the breakfast menu has an option to order a fresh tapioca. Unfortunately there was not enough staff in the kitchen on that day and the cheese tapioca we ordered just took too long to be ready, we couldn't wait and left the breakfast without eating it. The pool was a bit small for the number of people in the hotel.

The staff was very kind and gentle, the room was very clean and the whole building smelled very good. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the beach and close to everything. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The view from the terrace is amazing! Wonderful to see the sunrise and moonrise from there!

Rooms were old and worn, not well stocked with amenities and towels weren’t very nice. Smelled like bleach after checkin.

The sound proof of the rooms are incredible bad and from the room I could clearly hear what the other guests were talking about in the breakfast room. Plus, the kitchen is in the center of the hotel and you are not able to sleep after cooks start preparing the meal. Breakfast is pretty simple and due to that, the quality could be way better. Even the scramble eggs were tasteless. They should improve the quality of the products.

I was looking for an ocean view property, which was advertised by the property. when I got there , they were putting me in another building, which I didn’t even know it existed facing the street. I had to pay much more to get a room with a ocean view

The internet connection was poor and difficult to access. Also it was noisy during the night because we could hear the swimming pool drain system the whole night. It will be highly appreciated if the staff would be able to speak other language than just Portuguese, specially for foreign visitors.
