It was a bit uncomfortable to always give back the key of the room anytime you are heading, but at least we did not have to worry about losing it

Breakfast was good, staff was kind and welcoming, location for us was perfect because we loved going to quarta Praia, the room was perfect for two and was always cleaned and tidied everday

Patricia is the best (night front desk), follow her directions for everything blindly, staff in general wonderful. Good breakfast.

We couldn't stay for long in Morro do Sao Paolo but Patricia and her staff made us feel like home. You can feel the passion, care and love they put into their work. Patricia js always happy to assist with anything even though she is busy. She was so helpful and gave us the best advice with places to eat and things to do in the island. She was honest and transparent, helping us to organise transfer at a fair price. The breakfast included is fantastic, including two fresh tapiocas per person..! The location is perfect as in the middle between praia 2 and 3, in a quiet area but close to everythjng. We will definitely come back to this paradise island and hopegully stay at Pousada Borboleta..!

Having to leave the key at reception whenever going out, noise from common areas reaching room, noise from street despite double glazed balcony door, breakfast room overlooking busy street with exhaust fumes penetrating the room, hot water often took long to reach shower, toilet almost overflowed when flushed

Nice staff, very clean, spacious room, good air conditioner, comfortable bed, close to beaches and restaurants, very good breakfast, good WiFi.

Had an amazing time at Pousada Borboleta! The staff was super friendly, offering great restaurant recommendations. The central location was convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend it for a fantastic stay in Morro!

Sometimes breakfast buffet ran out of eggs. Everything else was perfect.

Perfectly located just at the beginning of third beach but close enough to town. Breakfast good. Small but perfectly timed afternoon coffee and cake. Staff really friendly. Offered tours via WA without doing a hard sell.

Great breakfast, great location as I think the third beach is the most beautiful one at Morro. After check-out, we could still take a shower in the afternoon so that we could spend the last day at the beach to relax! Very gentle staff :-)

I loved everything, Patricia was the best person, she introduced us a good restaurant and manage the tour for us. the breakfast was unbelievable, very tasty and a lot of options!

The reception tries hard to sell the touristic packages like sail tours, that becomes annoying and unpleasant… you say you just want to relax and they make like weird faces… The breakfast could have more options

Big room, clean and comfortable bed. They serve an afternoon coffee with cake that is splendid!

The room i received WASN’T what was advertised to me on Booking.com. I thought I was going to receive a room with a balcony but I was put on the ground floor. I was very disappointed with this and felt tricked. The staff seemed to admit the error but didn’t offer any type of reimbursement or anything. Also, the roof terrace needs improvement to make it comfortable (fans, better furniture). Also the breakfasts could be better.

The owner and the staff were nice. The room was cozy. The cleaning was fast and good quality.
