The views were spectacular, the pool was lovely after a hot day. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food on offer. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the air conditioning kept it cool

A very beautiful place located at the Quadrado, very quiet, everything very clean, with a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable there. Our questions were answered immediately. If I am ever in Trancoso again, I will not hesitate to book this Pousada again.

There is no parking for the vehicle.

Its in the best spot of Trancoso. The room has a view thats amazing. The breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs and tapioca along with several other items to note. The reception was fast and easy. The booking was seemless and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great location, near the Quadrado and main Trancoso attractions. Large and comfortable room. Breathtaking view from the swimming pool and rooms. Excellent breakfast. The staffing was also very friendly, especially Patricia and Oriana, who made us feel very welcome and gave really nice tips about Trancoso.

It's not even a complaint but maybe the breakfast could have a bit more options.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Quadrado, but the property still managed to make you feel like you're very close to nature. The view and the pool are incredible. The host Patricia and the staff are great as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would def come back.

I booked this hotel few weeks before coming for Som festival. To start with,when we entered the room it was not clean, the bed was full of dead mosquitos and bathroom doesn't work properly. There is never anyone at the reception... NEVER !! whenever we need a taxi or towels or anything it's a ghost hotel... no one is at our service. Also every here and then we will here a drunk mother (apparently the owner)screaming with her daughter and yelling specially in the morning which makes us have hard time sleeping and relaxing. It's not a posada with real management service, it felt more of rental without even a host communication- it doesn't worth at all the price and there is 0 care about the costumer or service or reception or room cleaning ... One night the light went off and we went to the reception to look for help of course no one is there as usually ... and then we saw that lady and we told her we need help with light it's total darkness in the room and she was totally DRUNK so she start yelling and talking Portuguese 0 respect. We had to leave and go to our friend hotel near by to get ready and shower. One night before our check out we asked to extend one more night (last day of the festival) and the girl said it's fine. But in the morning when we came to the room the lady was inside our room and was packing our things so aggressively in the most horrible way, she was super aggressive that we had to call our Brazilian friend (one of som festival founders)to help us with that nightmare and end up calling the police on her for touching and destroying our belongings, cherry on top we found out that our cash was missing. Later on the police came and asked us to write a report as she broke the law by entering our room, and this is a crime in the the Brazilian law and even worst touching our personal stuff and belongings... the police were persistent for us to press charger against the hotel. Don't stay never ever there.

- Closeness to the Quadrado square. Yet, it is so secluted, you don't get to hear any noise coming from it - The views. Breathtaking. - Excellent breakfast, varied options, specially of cheese - Confort and cleanliness
