This is a wonderful place. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is fantastic and our room was spacious and comfortable with incredible views over Lencois. We appreciated the tour company on site so we could book tours easily. We loved it!

The property is a little tricky to locate after arriving in Lencois; perhaps signage could be improved a bit.

In a quiet area of Lencois, but within walking distance of the core of the town. The tropical vegetation of the grounds made for a very relaxing setting, and good for birders. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony and decent air conditioning. The breakfast offerings were good and being able to eat at one of the outside tables was particularly enjoyable. The pool area is another highlight of the property. Good parking.

The hotel was nice - it's a short walk away from Pelourinho. It had a great view, good aircon, helpful staff and a pool. The hotel also had a party when we were they with lots of Brazilian food, drinks and dancers.

The rooms were so beautiful and such attention to detail was given. The staff were extremely helpful and the tour agency was really great. I honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel. It was perfect. I was just so sad we had to leave!

Drinks and food at the pool bar can take a very long time (>1 hour wait time for two sandwiches…), even when it is relatively calm. It is kind of logical as the bar is only staffed by one girl and she can only do so much. So they should really have someone extra help out when there are multiple orders at the same time.

Very nice pool area. Great breakfast. Spacious room with a good shower. Friendly staff and very handy that the Chapadamar travel agency is located inside the hotel.

Everything was perfect

The property is absolutely stunning, the attention to detail, spotlessly clean and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is fantastic, only a short walk great restaurants and bars…and incredible walks in nature literally a stone’s throw away. The breakfast is superb…and the gardens and swimming pool are divine.

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely region of northern Brazil. It's set in beautiful gardens, the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is excellent and the staff are brilliant!. I managed to smash a lovely glass dish at breakfast through clumsiness but they were great, my rental car then broke down and they were really helpful, contacting the hire company and then arranging a transfer to the airport.

Beautiful setting with bungalows surrounded by trees and local flora. Delicious breakfast with local ingredients, including gluten-free options. Extremely friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and charming. The pool and pool bar were a highlight as well.

This place is magical! It's like being in the jungle so close to the downtown. The staff is incredible, the rooms are huge, clean and beautiful. This breakfast is out of this world!

Beautiful vegetation and landscaping meant each room felt secluded. Relaxing pool. A great place to both prepare for, and recover from, a trek. Good links with trekking companies too. And personally prepared eggs etc for breakfast.
