I don’t understand how this place is so cheap. It is so clean and has a really nice kitchen but the best part is the pool. A shame it wasn’t available for more nights cause we really would have liked to extend! Really nice owner too.

Check-in details were only communicated to me on the day, but luckily I checked my emails using the airport WiFi. Check-in details were clear and easy though.

It would have been fantastic to enjoy another day in Foz do Iguaçu because there were a few hidden attractions to explore.

When I read the reviews of Roger being a perfect host I was frankly a bit sceptical. Most hosts recommend tours, taxis etc. because they have a vested interest in doing so. But not so with Roger. He genuinely wants his guests to have a great holiday in Foz do Iguacu and is willing to render whatever necessary assistance possible. From the moment I booked his room till I left he never tired of answering all the questions I shot at him and helping me solve any problems that cropped up. You actually share the 2-room house with Roger & his partner. Initially I was hesitant because an attached bathroom was usually a sticking point for me. However the overall positives overrode my objections. An added bonus was the exceptionally low price for the deal. The whole house is kept scrupulously clean. Most of the time you will have the whole place to yourself because the other occupants are hardly in. It’s like enjoying the comforts of home while on holiday! The location is superb and cheap transport is easily available. There is a superb restaurant emporio com arte near his place where we had a delicious dinner. Thank you Roger for a lovely stay. I wish all my future hosts will be as commendable as you!

The value for money is exceptional. The AC was great considering it was freezing. Roger is really helpful at giving information, especially on which buses to catch as there are no schedules online of the buses.

Nothing to note. It is a slight walk to get to the city center, but with such cheap transport, it is not an issue at all.

Amazing stay! Honestly one of the most comfortable and nicest stays I've had. Roger is such a lovely host who always made sure I was comfortable and gave me a lot of tips and advice for things to do in the area or places to go eat. I felt very comfortable here, and would definitely recommend anyone staying in Foz do Iguacu to stay here.

Owner was really responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a convenient location and is really great value for money. The kitchen, bathroom (especially the shower) and bedrooms are all in nice condition with good space.

The place is a little bit off the city center, but that can be easily compensated with Uber.

The two guys are really great hosts. Roger speaks a very good English and could give us advice about buses, Uber etc. International buses to Argentina pass three blocks away. We totally recommend!

Nothing - everything above and beyond

Roger was one of the best hosts we’ve had in our 4 years of full time travel! He gave us lots of excellent advice about where to find everything we needed, including transit/bus info. The room and house are quite clean and comfortable, with everything you could need, including lots of streaming tv services and a fancy coffee machine! Roger sent clear check-in instructions and even allowed us to hang out in his home after check-out while waiting for our flight. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to a large grocery store and the bus to the falls/airport. The pool was also lovely for the hot Foz weather. Roger, we cannot thank you enough for your kind hospitality!

Everything was as described, the bed was comfy and the room was clean and spacious. Roger was lovely, place had everything you could need. Short walk to the main road where you can catch busses, pool that's in the sun most of the day as well.

This house is located in the side street, 5 kms from the bus station. The taxi or uber ride will cost you extra 25 reais each time you go. Nearest supermarket is also quite a walk (20 min on hilly terrain) so bring your stuff by uber. And be prepared for living in one flat with Roger and his friends: they are singing, playing music and discussing. It is nice if you are social person. :)

Roger - the host speaks excellent English (rare case in this country!) He is very reliable and helpful. You have fully equipped kitchen to your disposal, a/c in the bedroom but no hot water in the bathroom :) The bus 120 stop for Cataractas is just 400 m away.

Unfortunately, the house is next to the road. Without proper windows or sound proofing, it's quite noise with all the traffic so we were unable to sleep well.

It's quite close to the bus that will take you to both the Iguassu falls and the airport. The room is clean. As you are sharing the owner's house, you have more things available. The owner is very helpful giving us all the tips.
