You can hear guests on the other rooms and in common areas. The staff only speaks Portuguese and they don’t make an effort to speak slowly or some words in other languages. They have two jacuzzis but only one was working and it was fully booked.

We had to go through dunes to get to the beach. But on the second day we found there is another way to get to the beach.

Breakfast was good as well as location. It was away from downtown but close to the beach which is what I was looking for.

The only thing I could complain about is the acoustics of the breakfast hall. The strong reverb makes it very loud, but it could surely be broken with the addition of some dampening decorative elements.

Very nice staff, facilities, the property is well taken care of, and it’s very well located close to the beach and some restaurants.

There are not many restaurant options around, only 2 or 3.

Room and bathroom are in perfect conditions, brand new. The service is excellent, the hotel offers beach chairs and sun shades everyday which is a saving. Nespresso machine in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Close to the beach, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful sights, child friendly (grassy areas, playground and tight rope). Worth coming back. As it was only for one night we didn´t try the pool.

We were 4 people staying in tripple room so the forth bed was the extension of the single bed (mattress on the floor) which was not what my 10 y.o. son liked the most. But for three ppl this would be just perfect. Minor recommendation is the improvement of accessibility to main entrance of hotel. It's always conserje that opens the gate/ main door but sometimes he's not around and we had to wait for few minutes (not a big deal though but I believe this can be easy solved).

Great experience! Location, facilities, staff, environment - just perfect. Greeting a day in hammock while listening to the birds is a perfect beginning of a day! Direct access to the beach - amazing! Breakfast full of everything, with variety of fruits and freshly pressed juices, cold cuts, warm bread, cookies and nice ladies preparing eggs or tapioca pancake per your wish.. Then during a day you are given towels, beach seats or umbrella to take with you to the beach. The beach is wide, never too crowded (December), Then for the end of the day we booked our one hour in hot prepared for us jacuzzi, with champagne.. Sparkling clean everywhere. Swimming pool and jacuzzi cleaned every morning. Good communication with staff that is always willing to help and to make your stay fully enjoyed. Very quiet place to enjoy with family. Beds very comfortable. Place to recommend 100% and to come back for sure!

It's impeccably clean/modern and is located directly on the dunes leading to the beach! Staff was all very cordial and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of healthy options (fresh fruits, granola, fresh juice etc) and more filling options like cakes. They also make eggs or tapioca on the spot for you! Also, I particularly appreciate that the cleaning service is available only upon request because frankly it's not necessary to clean the rooms and change the towels every day. It's much more environmentally friendly with the request-based system. It's easy to request it via Whatsapp or at the reception. No hassle at all!

Breakfast was really bad with mostly junk food and no healthy options besides some fruit. Oats were not cooked and nobody asked if I would like some. Intelligent people don't eat bacon and franks and beans so it would be nice if you had some no sugar healthy options for conscious visitors. Slightly overpriced room rate for offseason. Would have been better value at 60 reals less per night )in off season) I base this assumption on what other things in this town cost. The rooms did not have privacy with the condo building 90 meters away. They did not put a single bottle of water in the room but sold them in lobby for a dollar. Overall great property these comments are to give managers insight into our experience and feelings.

Location is really beautiful and natural. The staff were exceptional. Also a VERY clean property. Great security! Outstanding pool and jacuzzi area. Very quiet and great night sleep.

There are no other lights but ceiling illumination. It is difficult to make the room cozy because those lights give an industrial look. There is no wardrobe or place where to put the luggage. We ended up putting them on the floor.

We were in the external lofts on the backyard garden. Very spacious room, sparkly clean. Unfortunately it rained all the time and we could not enjoy the other facilities. But the breakfast is unforgettable!!!

Beautiful place with lovely staff, great breakfast, close to the beach, jacuzzi was fantastic, lots of birds and just fabulous. The staff went out of their way to ensure we are taken care off, even with the language barrier. I also loved the coffee station in the room. Nice touch!
