Parking should be a courtesy to the guests (even though the value per day is not high). Breakfast is OK, not remarkable.

It is located far from downtown or city life, but it is over a shopping center, so you have all you need downstairs. The view and the location is amazing, very good to walk in the neighbouring park and visting the Ibere Camargo Museum.

I had been staying with my wife's family and we had lost power. We waited as long as we could but felt it was necessary to book a hotel since we had our baby with us. We made the reservation very late in the evening and were able to confirm with the property within 10 minutes of booking. When we arrived it was midnight. The front desk was very helpful and helped us through the process quickly

Room cleanliness was almost non-existent. The hairdryer was filthy, with electrical tape wrapped around the cable and exposed wires. The bedsheets had reddish stains (possibly old blood) and were also dirty along the corners. The shower had hair stuck to the walls and floor. The vanity (around bathroom basin/sink) was dirty, with makeup residue clearly left by previous guests. The phone cable in the bathroom was completely covered in dust, as if it had never been cleaned. There was pubic hair on the side of the toilet. Please, don’t look under the bed—thick dust, unidentified pieces of fabric (I didn’t try to identify them), and parts of the bed literally falling apart. I stayed at this hotel twice in the last month because I appreciated the design, restaurant, location, and staff. Unfortunately, both stays were terrible in terms of cleanliness, and I will not return to pay for such a dirty, unhygienic room.

This hotel is in an amazing building, well located with easy access to the city. I liked the room design, the restaurant at night is excellent, and breakfast is very decent. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t live up to the standards of a 5-star experience. It felt more like a 3-star stay, especially considering the price. The service was disappointing — staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and they didn’t explain any of the hotel’s facilities or services at check-in. The bed was uncomfortable — they had pushed two single beds together instead of offering a proper double or queen. That created an awkward gap in the middle, which made sleeping as a couple uncomfortable. At times, it felt like the bed could break or collapse with any movement, which definitely impacted our rest. The swimming pool was small and didn’t seem very well maintained. Overall, there weren’t many facilities available, and nothing felt premium. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, the level of comfort, service, and amenities was far below what I expected. It simply wasn’t worth the price.

The location was convenient, and the artistic design in the lobby was interesting and unique. The breakfast was okay — a fair selection, but nothing that stood out as special. The room was clean, and the overall aesthetic was modern.

While my stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, there were a few aspects that need attention. The room could greatly benefit from a renovation, particularly the bathroom, which felt outdated and in need of modernization. Despite this, the overall experience was manageable.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in a tranquil neighborhood, which truly adds to the charm of the experience. The area is upscale, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel cafeteria; the food was excellent, offering a delightful variety that catered to all tastes.
