Some noise in the room closest to the toad on a Saturday night
Amazing service at reception by a gentleman by the name of Arthur : he solved a last minute ditch by our reserved guide who canceled and found d us another guide although it was already late in the evening ! Also changed room for us when we felt it was required.

The rooms design is not the best I saw, but all the facilities and amazing surroundings inside and outside Villaflor make up for it.
The garden is huge and amazing, so fun to sit outside and relax. Staff - top! Breakfast wow (the best I had in my travels, traveling 6 months now).

Reception staff were helpful but only one spoke English, towels and bed had few hairs, I wish the info would be more English friendly
Beautiful location in nature, nice garden with hammocks, helpful staff that provided info for local taxi/hiking trails/restaurants, good breakfast buffet

The garden is amazing, so is the welcoming staff and the breakfast. Super clean room, near to town's center, shops and activities.

Site used to pay online was set up only to allow Brazil residences to use. Could not pay using my card. (USA) . Fortunately my wife is Brazilian and we were able to complete online. Most likely would not have gone, if not for her being a Brazilian
1st day breakfast was good, 2nd day breakfast was limited

A light at the bed would be great.
The place is super peaceful. Also Clarissa helped a lot with all the questions we had regarding hikes, taxis and restaurants 😊. Also the breakfast was very tasty.

Next to the road so it’s very noisy. The staff does not speak any English. The breakfast was not good. Full of sugar - the juices. Wifi was ok but not too strong
Place is very clean. Garden is pretty.
