The room at downstairs is small and not very comfort when compare with other rooms at upstairs.

It is a great house for group. Enough space for 10 people to stay. There was a minor defect at washroom, the hosts called the technician immediately. The defeat was fixed in the same day. A very quick response of the host!

The only inconvenience was a dishwasher that broke down, but this was immediately addressed by our host.

It was very spacious for our family of five as well as being reasonably priced. The four bedrooms and two baths upstairs offered separate sleeping quarters and there were different spaces for socializing on the main floor: family room, dining room, front porch and back patio. The kitchen and laundry areas had everything we needed. There was also an extra bedroom on the main floor.

the property was great overall, although could use some minor maintenance. Bathroom doors locks do not work. BBQ needs repair. The roadway in front of the house is somewhat busy so would likely not be ideal for families with small children.

Location was perfect for why we were traveling. Easy access to head out to the mountains or if wanting to head downtown.

WARNING: Avoid This Property! Unsanitary, Unsafe, and Uncooperative Owner. We were a family of seven (grandparents, parents, and three young children) who booked this property based on good reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely horrible, and we had to leave without staying a single night. Initial Arrival & Major Cleanliness Issues We arrived at the property around 6 pm, hoping to settle in and get our young kids to bed. Upon arrival, however, we were immediately hit with a strong, strange odor—a mix of old smoke and/or harsh chemical cleaner. Despite all the windows being open, the stench was overwhelming and caused us to keep our children outside while we inspected the home. The property was unsanitary and had clearly not been cleaned. We found the following issues: Every bed in every room had dusty sheets with visible hair. A closer look at the mattresses was even more concerning. Both toilets were dirty with visible fecal matter. The garage, where garbage bins were stored, had a powerful stench and was infested with hundreds of flies. There was visible dust and hair on many surfaces throughout the house. Poor Property Condition Beyond the cleanliness problems, the property was in a state of disrepair. We noted a broken cooktop in the kitchen, a patio that was falling apart, and a BBQ grill top that was rusted and completely unusable. Unsuccessful Attempts at Resolution We immediately contacted the owner, Linda, who lives in around 3h away, to address the issues. She first offered to tell us where to find spare sheets, which we found in a container in the basement. Most of them were wet/damp and unusable. After a second call, we informed her we did not feel safe staying there with our children and requested a full refund. Linda offered two solutions: Send her cleaner to the property. She would drive to the property herself the next day. Neither of these solutions was acceptable or even valid for our situation.
