We'd go for early hikes and come back for an afternoon rest before going out again. The owner tended to come up and want to do our room during the time we were having a nap.

Our room was on the top floor and it was massive. The family that run were all lovely and mostly kept to themselves. We got to see a Mule Elk in the driveway up close and personal which was a bonus.

Found the bathroom and room in general dated. Glass shelf right next to toilet was dangerous, right at eye level when you’d go to stand up. Ended up having to out a towel over it as hitting in the face wasn’t pleasant.

Location was absolutely fantastic, walking distance to pretty much everything. Amazing breakfast trays every day - so much food was actually too much but we loved it and some strange things there too. To have breakfast on your front balcony was fantastic and to see wild deers just walking thru made our trip

Breakfast was continental in a fridge in the room. The selection of pre-packaged food was outstanding and included fresh fruit. The location was excellent, walkable to town and bus stop to Banff gondola. Room was small but adequate for our needs.

Quite outdated, there are small things (small furniture) that could be done to make it more attractive that don’t cost a lot of money and for the price people pay it should be done (for example the closet was falling apart, you can get a new one from Ikea for a good price…).

Location was excellent, tray of breakfast had good variety for breakfast and snacks for the day, free parking was also a bonus for the price and room was spacious which is nice when doing a road trip to organize our stuff.

It was more an accommodation than a bed and breakfast. Really a hotel room with a quite varied packaged continental breakfast in the refrigerator. It felt expensive for what we received.

There was not an additional charge for parking. It was an easy half mile walk to town.

The air conditioning unit was quite loud, but luckily I brought my ear plugs and as soon as those were in I had a peaceful sleep. My husband however, did not.

Nice cozy stay within walking distance of the Banff main street. Owners were very kind, beds were so comfy, and lots of options for continental breakfast right in the room fridge.

We were in a lower level room of a 2 level property. We could hear every sound from the room above us. Ceiling creaked with every step the occupants took and the sound of the upstairs toilet flushing was heard in our room. The beds were made with sheets and we were provided with a blanket for each bed. I asked for another blanket and was told to turn up the heating.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Accommodation is well located being a short walk to shops. Breakfast is packaged food and there is enough variety to find something to eat.
