- not so responsive on site stuff - feels a bit creepy for a solo traveller - i'd doubt the cleanliness of sheets and pillow - we arrived at 9pm but no instructions were provided in terms of what room was ours - bed was cranky and too high

-pretty lowkey place where you go, rest and leave, its like living with housemates but you have no idea who they are and you never see them. -the instructions on how to get in was clear -towels were provided (but wasnt sure of their hygiene so we didnt use them) -kitchen was equipped with all appliances and anything you might want for the stay - not too noisy - good for value

The rude gest yelling at 10 pm at night

It was a nice room but there were some not so great time but it was a shared home and unfortunately there was one. Person that was very loud and rude but the home staff delt with it apporatly and it was short and over I would stay again in the future and I am happy with my stay

Initial instructions were wrong, but we figured it out! We were all a little unsure of what doors were for where.

It was close to everything. The property manager and the housekeeper were exceptionally nice. I can recall a few times where my husband struck up a conversation. It really felt like a home for us. We barely stayed at the place, except for sleeping, but it felt really warm and welcoming.

Very little the description for the rental did a vague job of describing the real conditions and circumstances which led to our shock at checking in with the rental not having its own bathroom or laundry kitchen . When attempting to contact the host who was not anyone by the name of Heather it was a guy that answered and he was very standoffish and dismissive of our concerns and the fact the ad was not.very clear about the location having a multiple rooms for rent that happened to all share a bathroom and kitchen and with paper thin walls all boast zero privacy or peace and quiet. The attempt to cancel our booking due to the mix up came to an abrupt halt when the gentleman that is on the booking.com as the property's point of contact told me to look at his ad closer where it clearly states NO REFUNDS which is not only.a terrible reality to be faced with but also a direct contradiction to the booking.com ad campaign of "WITH FREE CANCELATION YOU CAN STAY FLEXIBLE." If there is a lower score to give it would have been ².

I didn't like the lack of communication with on site staff. Or the laundry fees nor the timing in between suite change no air conditioning and or the completely ignorant attitude id received with the cleaning staff at the clairview location
