the room was very comfortable and spacious. just like the pictures seen before. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. There was even a small balcony . We used the kitchen for our dinner, and everything was ok. we only stayed for one night since we were taking the ferry early the next morning

It was a bit strange having accommodation within someone’s home but the room and ensuite were large and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location for getting to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. In a quiet neighbourhood with parking right in front of the house.

comfortable home in a great location near Vancouver airport. Water in the room was a nice touch. King bed was comfortable. Free coffee and tea available.

The property is going through renovations & repainting at the moment, but should be nice after completion. A bit noisy during the day but understandable. Would be nice if the room included a small fridge/ microwave but we were welcome to use the host’s facilities.

Bed was comfy for us, friendly host supplied towels and bottled water. Has access to the backyard though could not use to enter or leave the property without a key. Still had to go through the house to reach our room. We asked for a fan as it was a bit warm and they supplied.

The 2 things we did not like is that the bed was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were very hard, and gave me allot of back pain. There should have been a TV in the room.

The price was fair. The family that lived in the house were very nice people and were great at accommodating us.

We didn't like the lack of amenities (like soap and other toiletries, adequate pillows, a place for soap in the shower). Finding the place was confusing due to an old address online and two addresses associated with the current location. Communication of how to find coffee in the morning was unclear.

We liked the gracious host, the cleanliness, the room, and the location.

There is no furniture in the living area except for a pair of dining chairs. The stove does not work and there are no dishes, cups or cutlery. The bed is a double (I know the ad says a "double room" but when will people realize that a double bed is too small for two adults? Almost all rooms are doubles.)

Great location for airport or ferry access. We arrived after dark and left before sunrise, so we didn't see much.

They don't tell you that you will be literally in with them and their family. There is no privacy outside of the bedroom. The bed was quite old, hard and not comfortable. The furniture was also very dated. The hot water in the shower took a really long time to start. There is no television in the room for any form of sound or entertainment. Overall reality did not meet expectations. This room could do well with being updated. Would not recommend for couples seeking a more private atmosphere

The house and the bedroom look very beautiful. The host was kind and helpful. Came with indoor slippers for cleanliness.

The kitchen in the room was not possible to use as the cabinets were empty and the herd was not connected, but is it possible to use host's kitchen. That is unfortunately not very well equiped (almost no cutlery found), but for some simple meals is sufficient. As this is the only disadvantage, we recommend it.

Great location in the calm district of family houses. Great and helpful hosts. Although the kitchen in our room could not be used, we could use their kitchen. Late check in was also very helpful for us.

We heard what sounded like gunfire at night. Obviously out of the property’s control but disturbing nevertheless.

The room was very large and comfortable, the bed was great. Appreciated the whirlpool bath and the bidet- nice added touches. Altogether great value for the money.
