We would have preferred to be closer to town, but the cab service got us downtown and back no problem.

The room was very accommodating, and had the weather been nicer, we would have taken advantage of the beautiful surrounding property.

Nothing, I had a lovely and enjoyable stay.

It was a beautifully maintained property on a quiet residential street with rock and water features throughout the carefully tended gardens. Despite rainy weather, I was able to enjoy an excellent coffee on their covered front porch before joining the other houseguests for a sumptuous breakfast. My room was very well appointed with many thoughtful touches, including a plushy bathrobe, lots of thick towels and a selection of personal care items in the spotless bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and dressed with lovely linens. The hosts were warm, accomodating with requests and seemed geniunely concerned with each guest’s comfort. I will definitely book with A Garden Stroll again!

We had a marvelous time and stayed for 5 nights in Stratford. Great breakfast, including breakfast conversations with hosts and other guests. The garden is fantastic. The rooms large, full of character and comfortable. Everything together is an oasis of peace. The perfect base for exploring the Stratford Festival. We would come back any time. Thank you!

Everything we needed was available to us. The room was private and spacious with a comfortable bed and seating. The ambience was quietly welcoming and warm with a Shakespeare/Stratford theme. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our own comfort setting. The ensuite was clean and bright. There were 2 large mirrors and varied lighting as well as outlets for charging. Loved the waterfall outside the patio during breakfast! The garden was peaceful and would have been wonderful to hang out in if we had spent more time there. Breakfast was ample, varied, and tasty and the other guests were friendly to chat with. We would love to come back.

The location is in suburban neighborhood about 35 minute walk from our theatre but close to park and festival theatre

The location was excellent. In a quiet neighbourhood but close to the theatres and downtown. Very comfortable beds, updated bathroom and accessible shower. Very good breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Nothing really. Maybe the bathroom a bit on the smaller size for a room accommodating 3 people, but it was as pictured so not unexpected.

The hosts were fabulous. We had several issues - all ours - including me having booked the wrong date, then an issue at our own home where we initially had cancelled and then changed our minds and decided to go. They were super accommodating and thus allowed us a night of fun during a very stressful time. The bed was very comfy. The gardens around the property were lovely (though we didn’t get to see much of it). The breakfast was fantastic. We were seeing a play at the festival that night and the location was reasonably convenient if driving as we were. There was also parking available at the property. The pictures depict it accurately.

I honestly cannot find something that I did not like. This place and the people were very good.

Barb, Hal & Corrine were absolutely wonderful hosts and generous people. Very easygoing and allowed us to come and go as we pleased, they were super helpful and pleasant to talk to. Hal was soooo good at showing us how the hot tub worked! - Which you must do when you're there, its an excellent arrangement! Terrific location, lots of decorations and the bedroom we stayed in was very comfortable The best thing about this place was in fact the garden in the back....it was like an oasis. An remarkable bed & breakfast, certainly one of a kind here in Ontario!
