Clean and quiet location

Once we booked on booking.com the host started a barrage of messages. We were asked for a cash deposit after we paid online. I think at one point it was 4 long messages to my 1. Even once we left it continued. The hist seems lovely but this is not an air b and b kinda place where you interact with the host. It’s a basement tiny room kinda deal. She was crying poor when I finely messaged back after she insisted I give negitive feedback to her on the spot and then she would provide me positive feedback after I’d done the same for her. It was clean. But the price was only just right for what it was. Booking.com told me it was a massive discount and tbh I think the host plays this card as her marketing plan. Would I stay again? Not really. Way to hassled via message and email for it to be easy.

The house was great, very comfortable and quiet! I also felt totally safe parking my car on the street and had no issues with parking.

It's a bit far from downtown, even with the bus and the train its like 45 minutes, but for the price thats really not bad.

We had a good time at the Appartment, it is two bedrooms with a good size living room and a nice terrace. Everything was clean and in good condition. The host was very friendly and responsive and able to accommodate even our short term requests.

The kitchen is small and not very well equipped (two few cuttlery and broken spoons). As it is in the basement, the ventilation system is in a room to the side which can be a bit noisy.

Helena, our host, is very accommodating and generous by letting us check in earlier than the usual time and even waived the fee for that. She also trusted us and waived the security deposit fee, aslong as you treat the property like your home! Overall a great experience, as the place is very homey, comfortable, accessible to all, and clean! Thank you Helena for letting us stay at your place!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is great – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made it easy to get around. The host was very responsive and helpful, always quick to answer my questions. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This place had really cozy atmosphere! It was two stories house. Really nice owner who kept making sure we had everything and was asking if we like it there - we even got free upgrade! (For a bigger room) which was delightful of her! We truly appreciated fully equipped kitchen with stove. And comfortable carpets were also nice detail that we really liked. There were other guest too, but we rarely met them so this whole place felt like ours. Overall it felt like really bang for our buck and we would gladly book this place in future again!

I got a free upgrade of the room; the shared kitchen and living room were really comfortable and other people in the house very friendly! The neighborhood is quiet, I really enjoyed the stay!

The location is great, very comfortable, quiet, clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. all good. The bed is firm, very comfortable. The public area/Kitchen is so wonderful. It's a very good place to stay during your journey.

It's a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. All the amenities are in good condition. I liked that the parking was free and the overall stay was smooth.

It's a bit far from western Banff lakes, but perfect for exploring more of the Calgary city.

The property was very homelike with lots of space to share with other guests in family room, living room and kitchen-dining areas. Nice and bright with home like touches.
