Breakfast was varied and made to order if you had diet restrictions. It was always delicious. AJ was there to answer questions and give helpful hints about the area, the history, the plays. The location was perfect….walking distance to all the theaters and the town. Room was very spacious, clean and comfy.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay at North of Avon B&B Suites! A.J. is an unparalleled host, who puts his guests’ comfort first and foremost. He graciously accommodated a last-minute request on my part the morning of our arrival that greatly enhanced the quality of my rest during our four-night stay (thank you, again, A.J.!). The B&B is in an ideal location for attending the Stratford Festival; on a quiet residential street, yet in easy walking distance of all theatres and numerous fine restaurants. Beds and furnishings were all high-end and very comfortable, and the kitchenette is well-equipped with dinnerware and glassware making ordering-in an option to dining out. Additionally, A.J. has a culinary background and his breakfasts are not to be missed, with each morning offering up a new and delightful surprise (his baked goods are heavenly!). My husband and I very much enjoyed conversing with fellow guests and sharing our theatre experiences. We will return!

AJ was an exceptional host, extremely friendly and recommended many great places for us to visit during our Stratford stay. The room was comfortable and big, equipped with everything we needed and then some, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Had a wonderful time, loved talking with the others guests over breakfast as well.

We were happy to return to North of Avon after an excellent previous stay. And once again, we had a lovely time. Our host, A.J., is very helpful and welcoming. The suite includes a livingroom/kitchen with all the amenities. We were very comfortable and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the dining room. We attended two plays at the Stratford Festival theatre and enjoyed talking to other guests over breakfast about the performances we had seen, sharing our experiences and making new friends. We'll be back!!

AJ was such a pleasant and friendly person. The house is beautifully decorated. We requested a room with 2 beds. Suite 3 was very spacious with a full bath, comfortable beds and a sitting area. So quiet for sleeping. Of course the location is perfect, a lovely walk along the river to the theatre area and Stratford historic centre.

The property was easy to get to. It was a 10 minute walk to the Avon Theatre and a 20 minute walk to the Festival Theatre. A.J. was knowledgeable about the plays and cooked a great breakfast. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at North of Avon B&B Suites! AJ provided delicious, gourmet breakfast every morning. You can't beat the location, walking distance to the theaters and Ontario St. Our suite was very clean and had everything we needed, including delicous snacks and water. Would definitely recommend!

The place was perfect and met all our needs. Great suite, wonderful breakfast, was 5 minutes walk from the theatre and a beautiful trail along the river. Couldn't have been better!

We stayed on the third floor. While the room was large, clean and very lovely - the steep climb to get to this room is a difficult one for seniors. I would like to return and perhaps stay in one of the other rooms.

Loved the location and the proximity to the theatres. The breakfast was excellent. A.J. was knowledgeable and went out of the way to provide us with information. Breakfast was great! A.J. was wonderful at communicating with us pre-visit. Thanks for everything.

This is a great BNB. The rooms are clean, spacious, and really comfortable. Great pop art on the walls in our suite. AJ makes great breakfasts with homemade preserves, salsas, baked goods, fritatas etc. Air conditioning worked well in 33 degree heat. Walking distance to the downtown in only 5 minutes (just over the bridge). The other guests were all theatre lovers. Exceeded our expectations.

A place as wonderful as it looks on paper. Comfortable, clean, spacious lodgings; delicious breakfasts; an incredibly friendly and responsive host; a quiet location within walking distance of downtown... ...I could go on. But suffice it to say, we know where we'll be staying next time we visit Stratford!
