Breakfast was very good. They ensured that meals met all medically required food restrictions; they were knowledgeable about the restriction requirements and I felt safe consuming what was provided. The location was great. It is well within easy walking distance to the main street, parks, plus, the surrounding neighbourhood provided for a very enjoyable walk.

Having to leave.

Sonia and Guy were outstanding hosts who made us very welcome in their home. The location close to downtown made it easy to get there but just far away enough to give true meaning to "Serenity" on the lake. The quality of the entire B&B were outstanding. Sonia's breakfasts were outstanding and Guy's service matched the high quality of the food. Highly recommend this B&B.

Don't change a thing, ‘Serenity on the Lake’ exceeded our expectations!

On a whim we decided to go to Niagara on the Lake. We did a “Last minute booking” simply looking for a clean, comfortable room to spend the night. This B&B exceeded our expectations! Our host and his adorable grand daughter welcomed us and instantly put us at ease. The accommodations were exceptional, comfortable room and bathroom with high-end fixtures that was exceptionally clean! The breakfast was way more than we expected, delicious food and easy conversation with our host. My husband and I both were suffering neck pain from sleeping in hotel beds, oh Gosh, after sleeping at the Serenity on the lake; we felt refreshed and our pain was gone! We had a peaceful nights rest like being at home. We will definitely come back! Guy and Sonia were amazing hosts! Thanks again! Beautiful property, dont change anything.

The property was very clean. It was a short walk to the center of town, but secluded in a very nice neighborhood so there wasn’t any noise or traffic. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The hosts were very accommodating, helpful, and engaging. You could tell that they loved sharing their beautiful home.

The property was extremely clean, cozy, modern, and very nicely decorated. The hosts were also very friendly and we had a lovely breakfast ready for us in the morning! Perfect area to stay in if you’re looking to visit wineries and explore the town.

It was all good

Location was perfect. located in a quieter part of town but only 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Breakfast was delicious. The B&B is very quiet, we did not hear the other guests - no door slamming etc etc. No kids racing around and no dogs barking! Would highly recommend for those travelers seeking a quiet, super clean, friendly experience.

This is a stretch but the shared spaces are so clean and beautiful one is almost afraid to use them.

Style comfort and service were tops. Photos do not do it justice. It is clean and modern, a nice change from old fashioned b&b’s. Sonia and Guy treat you royally and the breakfasts are wonderful. We agreed that we have never stayed in a cleaner hotel or lodging.

Sonia prepared fantastic breakfasts. Guy was attentive and engaged. He offered suggestions for touring the area, including avoiding taking the vehicle into town, especially because it was a Canadian holiday weekend.

Both Sonia and her husband, Guy, were so welcoming there was nothing unpleasant about our stay at their home.

The breakfast was superb! Sonia is an excellent cook and her creativity in the presentation of the meals was beautiful!

Great location in a quiet residential part of NOTL, but still only a short ~20 minute walk from everything. Guy and Sonia are exceptional hosts and the breakfast was delicious!

Serenity on the Lake is a beautiful place. Its was luxury comfort. The breakfast was scrumptious and tailored to our dietary needs. Most of all our hosts Sonia and Guy were the most friendliest and nicest people we had the pleasure to meet. Their experience and attention to details were impeccable and greatly appreciated.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. It was lovely.

The location was out of the busy section of Old Town village in a quiet treed, neighborhood, but only a 15 min. walk to the main street of Niagara on the Lake (NOTL), where the theatres, shops, museums and galleries are. Our car could be parked at the Serenity B&B. Parking in the main sections of NOTL is very expensive and hard to find. Breakfast was fulsome and very tasty. The proprietors were welcoming, friendly and kind. We were given a lot of information about things to see and do. 5 min. walk from the B&B there is a walking path (Heritage Trail) that starts from Queen St. (main street) on the east and stretches diagonally from there to the East/West line road at the south end of NOTL. (Old Town NOTL faces North)

There was nothing we didn’t like but it would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We also stayed during a heatwave and would have very much appreciated the air conditioning being turned up but understand that is personal preference.

The hosts were extremely welcoming. The property was stunning, clean and spacious. The breakfast made by Sonia was scrumptious especially the fruit bread.

Serenity on the Lake exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at dozens of bed and breakfasts over the years, and this was by far the top experience. Sonia and Guy bring this authentic warmth to hosting. The breakfasts were divine, but so was the genuine hospitality. They are obviously passionate about their business and the Niagara area, and you feel it from the moment you step foot in their beautiful home.

The room is very nice and clean. The house is lovely, walking around 15 minutes to the town center through a wonderful park, and walking distance to some of the wineries. Breakfast was lovely, and the hosts, Sonia and Guy will give you all the info you need.

There was nothing didn’t like.

I thought I was in a new home the way they have remodeled it is exceptional. It was very quiet and peaceful. We slept in until breakfast.
