The hotel itself is fine, but the service was quite disappointing. The man at the reception was rude, didn’t understand English well, and got aggressive because of the misunderstanding — it was very unpleasant. It’s also unclear where exactly the entrance to the hotel is; there are no clear directions for which side to enter from. The room had an electric kettle, but we couldn’t use it because the plugs didn’t fit — very strange to provide a kettle that can’t be plugged in. We had to boil water in a pot instead.

One of the best hotels for its price in Zurich! I stayed here with my family for just one night, but I didn’t regret it at all. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — spacious, with new furniture and a fresh interior. There were shower essentials, kitchen utensils for cooking, and both the elevator and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Really satisfied with our stay!

There is a major problem with the shower drain. The slope and drain doesn’t allow the water to evacuate fast enough, thus the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom and living room was flooded. You can see some water stains and damage on some walls and furniture. I had to sponge the water will all the towels I had at hand. This should be resolved ASAP, it’s a major defect!

The room was very small. Given the hot summers in Zurich, there was very little ventilation. The room had a large window but there were blinds which were closed. There was no fan or air conditioner either. That made it feel stuffy. Also, given that we had a week-long stay, we expected the room to be cleaned at least once during the stay but it wasn't done.

The location was very good, close to the Zurich HB and Sihlquai Bus station. The property was very clean and the check-in was very smooth as well. There was a private bathroom and toilet in the flat as well.

Bed was a little spongy. Adjustable Shower fitting did not stay fixed to the wall and the shower head gradually swivelled towards the wall. Room had a lot of noise as it faces the street.

Great location close to transport and shopping. Plenty of choice for restaurants and bars. Nice and clean and plenty of toilet paper. Hot running water. Lift to the 5th floor. Self check in worked fine.

Unfortunately the windows needed to be open as it was extremely hot with no fans/air-con. But with the apartments located on a busy road, it was very very loud and it didn’t result in good sleep!

The room was extremely hot. There was a small fan and fan / heater but didn’t help to cool the room. The shutters outside the window were stuck half way. There was no way to close them completely to help cool the room.

Some blinds or curtains in the velux windows would have been appreciated. Our day started at 5am due to no window coverings. Very noisy neighbourhood too even though we were on 6th floor. Basic but beds comfortable.
