To clarify: our guesthouse does not advertise air conditioning, and rooms are equipped with fans during the summer months. We do our best to keep guests comfortable, but we understand that very hot days in Zürich can still feel challenging without AC. We hope you were otherwise able to enjoy your time in the city, and we wish you safe and pleasant travels ahead.

Dear Juan We were very surprised to read your feedback and are truly sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. During your stay, we saw you on several occasions in the hallway. Unfortunately, you did not mention any dissatisfaction or additional needs at the time. It is disappointing to learn about these concerns only now, through such a poor review. As you arrived outside our opening hours using the key safe, we regret that we were unable to welcome you in person. However, we are always available on-site and happy to address any issues directly to ensure our guests have a comfortable experience. We are more than happy to provide extra amenities, such as an additional blanket or a small heater, upon request. Without being informed, we were unaware that you felt cold. We also provide a complimentary full water bottle in each room, which can be easily refilled at the tap with the highest-quality drinking water. It is correct that we do not offer daily cleaning for short stays of three nights. However, this service is always available upon request, should our guests prefer it. Once again, we deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and that your experience with us fell short. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We sincerely hope you have a happy and successful new year ahead. Kind regards
