Excellent accommodation! The staff were very friendly and the hosts gave us great recommendations. We also booked some extra activities through them.

I choose this place because they prom high-speed internet, well it was fine but sometimes during the video meetings wifi has no internet. 😁 but I dont know if it is because signal on the island or local connection!

Clean and spacious apartment with good location. Host was really nice and helpful. She helped us to book boat trip to islands. Our flight was at night but she let us use shower after beach even check in was hours earlier. Gracias por todo!

Friendly staff who let us check in early as the room was free and we also had the opportunity to shower after check out before our late flight. Room was spacious with a private space outside.

Very helpful host, tours can be booked with her, and she was really flexible and available during our stay. Fridge in the room and communal kitchen was a plus. Very clean. Great location! 15 minutes walking from the airport,the main beach is less than 5 minutes away

The water pressure in the shower was consistently quite low and there were quite a few rules and recommendations at check in, but otherwise was great.

It's in quite a convenient location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach, where you can pay a small fee for a couple of chairs with shade if you want. Clean and comfortable room, we enjoyed being just a quick walk from the beach and a maybe 10 minute walk from the airport.

So many positive things to say! First, the room is incredible spacious, which was a nice change from some other lodging we had been in. Secondly, the AC worked very well and kept us cool. Third, they had snorkeling gear and water shoes available for our use for free. Finally, everyone was incredible kind and very responsive on WhatsApp. Location is very central as well. We were even allowed to store our luggage while we visited Providencia.

Only draw back was the rooster waking us up at 4am - but we found it amusing!!

Lovely hosts, great communication on WhatsApp and in person. The host provided lots of information on tours and arranged all our day trips for us, which made the trip a lot easier. The hotel was in a really great location, only a 10 minute walk from the airport and 2 minute walk to the beach. Really close to the centre and resturants. WiFi is good in the room. The room was nice and big, very comfortable and clean. There was access to shared cooking facilities, which we appreciated, and the hotel had an outside seating area. We felt the hotel was very secure and was nice and quiet inside. Host noticed we had sunburnt on our first day and then gave us fresh Aloe Vera from the garden to help with the sunburn. Very thoughtful! We did the below tours - Johnny Cay and Aquarium day trip - absolutely fantastic, saw lots of fish, including sharks and stingrays! Definitely recommend booking this trip. Remember to take money for lunch and drinks on the islands. You can rent lockers once there. We also hired a jeep and explored the island, visiting the Langoon and West View. Another fantastic day. Remember to take snokelling equipment with you as lots of fish at West Point along with diving boards and a slide to go into the sea. We also did a snorkelling trip, but would suggest doing the Aquarium and West Point over this as we did not see a lot of fish on this trip, although going into the ocean was beautiful. Overall, the hosts helped arrange a fantastic holiday, and the apartment was great value. We would definitely recommend staying here!

quiet peaceful atmosphere, felt really homey. well equipped kitchen. comfy beds, made every day. supermarket right next door, beach less than 10 away. good wifi!

It is a small hostel, very family oriented. It has only ine dorm with a nice, large and clean bathroom. The owner is always there cleaning and willing to help, there's everything you need in the kitchen to cook for yourself. One of the things that I like the most was that the lockers were in a different room so we could turn the lights in to find your things, there were curtains and a small self near your bed. It feels that they thought about every detail. Onthe top of that there's a supermarket right next door and the bus stop right in front, so you can go anywhere you need to.

Aircon did not work much in the room. This is not a social backpacker vibe hostel. Just very convenient to be close to things. The dorm was very empty all the time I stayed there.

The place is really clean and close to the beach, right in the centre of everything. It is well secure as well.

- it's not the properties fault at all, but some people could learn how to use the toilet brush which is situated right next to the toilet. Also, a spray for the bathroom would be good, since there is not really much ventilation

- the location is really good. not even a 5 min walk to the closest beach. busstation to explore the island is right outside the door and also a supermarket is right next to the accommodation - you can borrow snorkeling gear and swimming shoes - you can leave your luggage at the property after checking-out - good explaining at check in on what to do on the island - it's not a party hostel

Really well located. The host is lovely and helpful. Rooms are really well equipped. We could leave our luggage after check out for some hours and we were given towels to have a shower before leaving. Fully recommend!

I didn’t like the place because internet was bad. There were dogs that keep barking. Our towel never got changed. If you thinking to bring a guest to your room they don’t allow it .Also I accidentally break one of the plate in the kitchen and the owner ask me to pay for it.Never seen anything like that. It’s not worth to stay.

They have two large dogs fenced inside the courtyard that barked enthusiastically on /off but most annoying at 1230+AM, 330+AM & 525AM. Also there's some type some type of wild "club" right next to the rooms that blared music until AFTER 130AM, all of which severely affected our sleep. We were dozing off in late afternoon when we shouldn't have been. Internet was mostly non-functioning as in: "No Internet" on my screen. occasionally I got a very slow signal & it's NOT my laptop. I would go to the kitchen area for a signal which wasn't much better.

Ok, the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the beach, a nice supermarket next door with plenty of other shops nearby. Also a short walk to/from the airport (4 or 5 blocks tops). The room we had was spacious with good A/C and a mini-fridge. The outdoor clothesline & foot washing station were also helpful. Breakfast tip: Take a left out the door, pass the Exito supermaket, take another left and when you're almost to the beach look "hard" for "Fondita" (?) bakery on the right hand side for a very good value breakfast including coffee. They speak English also.
