We rented a car by the host and we were supposed to be brought to the airport but somehow that was not possible and we had to book a taxi. At the end it was just as expensive as renting a car. Keep in mind to bring a lot of cash with you since the deposit of the house is rather high and the water and electricity are paid separately. Also the water is kind of tapid not really warm. It is hot there so not such a big issue.

It is a great place, very clean, great pool, many spacious rooms.

There were several maintenance issues but both the owner and manager were attentive to either fixing them promptly or assuring us that repairs would take place. A few suggestions for future guests: put address numbers for unit at the street- we stayed in unit 66 and wasted a bit of time finding the house as 68 was the only address posted; ensure that there is sufficient toilet paper for the duration of the guests stay; install stepping stones amongst the landscape stones so outdoor shower and lounge chairs can be walked to without footwear (I believe another guests review commented on this also) A bonus would be to provide a net to scoop any fallen leaves from the pool- it was quite windy while we were there and even after the weekly pool cleaning the leaves started accumulating; None of these items are “deal breakers” but for us it prevented us from giving a perfect 10.

The house was great for our family of 5 adults; each bedroom having a private bathroom was perfect. We rarely sat indoors and ate all of our meals on the covered porch, where we enjoyed the breeze. Having our own private pool was great- part sun/ part shade so it pleased everyone one.

Only minor thing was the fridge that did not cool so well. Some of our food got spoiled. In the beginning it took some effort to find the location. I would advise to put a print-out with some detailed instructions, because the maps.me app does not bring you all the way to the house😉

Laura was very kind and friendly, the beds very comfy, good airconditioning, the pool was great!! We had an awesome stay at Neue Villa Tropic Paradise. Very calm and relax neighbourhood. We also had a few friends over for a BBQ night. I would recommend this location to groups😉👍🏼

Great villa with all the amenities; beds are very comfortable (pillows a bit soft but there are enough of them to make it comfy); the aircon blows nice and cold (don't overuse it, electricity is very expensive on the island); the pool is amazing with a shady spot throughout the day to escape the sun, pool cleaned weekly; the manager Laura is fantastic and always reachable to answer any questions with a smile; great location close to beaches, shops and Willemstad

Not a criticism but I think important to point out that the house is surrounded by neighbors close by and the overall neighborhood is very calm. Keep in mind that you respect the people living in the houses nearby and keep the volume down, especially at night.

Spacious home for 6 people with a lovely pool. Absolutely perfect if you are looking for a vacation home in Curacao! There is one downstairs bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms equipped with a private bathroom. Aircondition worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was beautifully designed and there were enough pool beds to lay on! Only a 10-minute drive to Jan Thiel Beach and Spaanse Wateren, a few minutes drive to some smaller supermarkets, and a 10-minute drive to a large supermarket. The owners were extremely nice, fast responsive, and super helpful with any questions we had! I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a well-equipped, comfortable, beautiful, holiday home in a nice neighborhood!

Very nice villa with a beautiful pool on a nice area of the island! on the last day we could stay in another villa till our flight was going, that was very kind and perfect because we we’re travelling with a baby.

The six of us loved the large clean pool and outdoor covered seating area. lots of space for sun and shade. the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Only thing I can think of are the bloody mosquitos….but that’s nature, so all good 😅 maybe to place some kind of net between the doors and windows, but those things are so damn small, I don’t think that would either..

I liked everything, it’s a true paradise!! Peaceful, clean, perfect beds, perfect bedrooms, every bedroom has its own bathroom. Private pool is amazing! They also clean that for you once a week. Airco works perfect, all necessary equipments in house. I would recommend everyone to come here, you’ll definitely get the value for your money
