The entry and hallway of the building the appartment is in looks a bit dated. The appartment itself however is obviously recently modernised. The appartment is located in the city part of Karlsbad, so not in the retreat part. You can however go to the retreat part very easily by a few minutes drive.

Amazing appartment, with a beautiful badtub inside the bedroom, high ceilings with chandeliers and comfortable furnishings. This is the place to stay if you want a luxury and private place to explore Karlsbad. The price is incredible for the quality you get.

The apartment was spacious, super clean and very nice aesthetic, lovely enterior design. Bed was super comfortable, slept like a baby. The bathtab is working and we did not have time to use it but would love to come back for it )) Lovely location, walking distance from all the best places - highly recommend. Me and my friend enjoyed our time in the apartment and will certainly come back to it.

We didn't get the instructions before arrival, so we were looking for the apartment for an hour. There was no place to leave our suitcases after check-out.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable, we had a very good time there. We were 5 girls making a wellness trip together and the apartment was the perfect base for enjoying the evening and mornings there.

We loved verything about our stay at the apartment! The hostess was wonderful, made us feel very welcome, even let us check in several hours earlier. The apartment is a beautiful two bedroom place in an apartment building in the historical center of Karlovy Vary. It had been renovated with style, attention was paid to every detail to make the place very comfortable yet recreate the air of the old times. Super tall ceilings with the remains of the original plaster contrast with smooth white walls and give the place the air of an old Roman villa. A bathtub with legs is the center piece of one of the bedrooms. Stylish glass heaters keep the place nicely warm and the beds are super comfortable. The apartment and the whole neighborhood is absolutely quiet at night, no city sounds come through. Great restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Free parking nearby. Walking distance toThermal Hotel, shopping and all the attractions. Could not have been better.

What could be improved is a little more storage space in the kitchen, so that things like cups and glasses are a more out of sight.

It was a spacious and modernized apartment in zone 1 of Karlovy Vary. Easily accessible by car. The apartment is bright in color and has the right atmosphere, which feels very nice and homey for a traveler. Loved the service and the advice to get some coffee at Pinky Boyz!

Beautiful and stylish renovation with surprising details such as the original bathtub and the painting o, walls and ceilings. Very nice. Comfortable beds. Good location nearby centre with all shops nearby but also calm to sleep. Host was very nice too!

The kitchen was still in process of being finished, but the owner explained why. The provisional kitchen still had everything, and I believe that when finished the kitchen will be fabulous, everything in the apartment is such good quality.

The property is renovated to high modern standard complete with original features on ceilings, beautiful floors and even a super freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable and the inside of the apartment was lovely and cool on a hot summer day. The host Matej is very easy going, and met us with the keys. He even recommended the lovely coffee in the local Pinkie Boyz coffee shop- very nife place with fantastic coffee and home made fresh pastries. The place is so well located! Near Kolonada, great ice cream and plenty of restaurants and shops.

The description of the apartment was inaccurate and didn't match the pictures. Instead of the advertised 2 bedroom, it was just one bedroom and a bed set up in the living room. The 2nd bedroom that is shown in one of the pictures of the apartment was not part of the apartment!!! We specifically picked this apartment because of the two separate bedrooms, because we were two couples and wanted privacy. They have a cheaper apartment for rent which has the one bedroom and bed in living room constellation, so this felt like a scam. We saw one review where 5 girls stayed in the apartment, so we assumed that 4 stayed in the 2 bedrooms and 1 one the couch in the living room. Did they actually sleep 3 girls in one room?? We contacted the host but they just claimed that booking set up the description that way and didn't own up to their mistake. Also the information to check in was sent late, they actually sent us the automated goodbye message before and we had to ask for the check in details to be sent, which added unnecessary stress.

Kitchen was a plank with no cupboards. Strong sewer gas smell emanating from bathtub in bedroom. Apartment was unfurnished except for two beds, a folding bed and 4 folding chairs. No couch, no closets, no drawers. 50 stairs to climb, no elevator. Dingy hallway. Water heater and plumbing unfinished and exposed in bedroom. Very poor value for what was offered.

We traveled as a family and expected three separate bedrooms, but it was actually two bedrooms and a small bed in the kitchen area, which was not optimal for us as the person sleeping in the kitchen did not have any privacy. The kitchen was not fully renovated yet and the kitchen sink was not working properly as water was leaking. It would be great if there were more storage options or shelves in the bedrooms.

The location was really good and the communication with the landlord was very smooth. Furniture was new and everything was clean.
