The owner met us in person, took us through the building. He was very friendly. The apartment was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the bedrooms spacious, kitchen well equipped, walking distance to the center of Frantiskovy Lazne

Cozy apartment close to the center. Perfect for short stays, it has everything you need. The owner is super friendly and wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Whatever you need, he will provide it!! He gave us great recommendations what to do/where to eat and he even thought ahead prior our arrival whether we would be more comfortable in a bigger apartment. I.e. we (couple) had booked a smaller apartment, and he thought to ask the guy in the bigger apartment would he be willing to change in case we are up for it. I wouldn't thought of it, but I really appreciate that he gave some thoughts and just offered it as an option. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Big and spacious apartment. Room facing the back (away from main street) was quiet. Cheap and safe parking space in the apartment complex compound. Newly renovated interior (toilet, bathroom, kitchen).

Although the apartments were renovated, the hallways and stairs were still under construction. The apartments were missing the small details to make for a comfortable stay: hand towels, dishwasher tablets, and dish soap. Three-bedroom Apartment: The refrigerator was off upon arrival, which is normal when an apartment is empty for a while, but since it took half a day for it to get cold many of our freshly purchased groceries went bad. The bathroom had a large bath tub with a shower head, but no shower curtain/wall, so in order to shower you had to either bend over or sit in the bath. To access the third bedroom you had to walk through another bedroom which is a quirk of older buildings, but isn't the most comfortable for those trying to sleep. The internet was spotty and made trouble for watching Netflix and doing work. There were not enough light sockets in the apartment and we had to unplug the television antenna in order to use the lamp. One-bedroom Apartment: This apartment is quite small with a large bed which made it difficult to have any other furniture in the room and to walk around. The curtains did not block the light well and in the morning the sun shone brightly through the windows. Additionally, there was no shower curtain or wall to block the water when taking a shower which left the bathroom flooded after every use and because there were no hand towels or bath mats we ran out of towels by the end of the day 1.

The property owner met us on-site and was friendly. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and in a nice area close to the parks and spas. Since we were the only people in the apartment building for the first 2 nights, and it had a 2 large double beds, 2 single beds and a large sofa, it was an appropriate place to stay as a family especially with 4 teen boys. The furniture in the apartment was comfortable and sturdy. The television was new and allowed for Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen of the 3-bedroom apartment was large and had most of the appropriate utensils.
