It was quite difficult to find keys, not for me but for elder visitors. Bathroom needs some renovation. There is lack of parking especially if you arrive after 8 p.m., therefore we left cars in free, at glance, parking nearby. We found our vehicles with blockers on wheels in the morning and we had to paid penalty. We arrived almost at midnight and checked-in at the same time, but check-out at 10 a.m. why? Why so early? If you want to extend you staying you have to pay 15 EUR for every additional hour. I think it is not fair. At least 11 a.m.

We stayed here only for one night. Spacious apartment, two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. Good for big companies or families

At first glance, the apartment seemed alright but when we arrived we were welcomed by an unpleasant smell, We quickly aired out the apartment, but it didn't help much. The biggest downside was the bathroom, which stank terribly, even with the door open and the fan on. The air freshener didn't help either. Another minus would be bedsheets, in one of the beds we found hair. Also communication with the owner was kind of strange, they didn't reply quickly.

The whole apartment was nice except for the bathroom. Balcony and kitchen were cozy. The apartment is located very well there's a tram and bus stop nearby and there are two big supermarkets.

I had higher expectations based on the pictures provided on Booking. However, the owners haven't addressed some key issues in the apartment — for example, doors with visible cracks, a toilet missing the cover over the water meter mechanism, and worn-out furniture that hasn’t been replaced. What was perhaps more concerning was the cleanliness. It looked like the place had only been quickly tidied up rather than properly deep cleaned — there were spider webs in some corners, dust, etc. Another odd thing was the selection of kitchen supplies: there were 20 plates as if for a feast, but no sponge or basic items for washing up. Of course, that’s not a big deal — you can buy those easily at a supermarket — but it still felt a bit careless. Overall, I’m quite disappointed.

The location is quite nice — there are two supermarkets very close by, and just across the street is a lovely river where you can take a walk and get closer to the city center. The apartment itself had a beautiful retro-style kitchen, a very spacious living room connected to the kitchen, and fairly large rooms overall. There was coffee, tea, and a few small extras provided, as well as plenty of towels, which was a nice touch. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential, but the owners should replace and fix some broken items to offer a better level of service

The parking was full, but in the end one spot became available, we were lucky. The owners are unresponsive, they don't seem to care to respond. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and it turns out that it doesn't work at all. The floors under the beds were dirty. One large bed creaks a lot. Washing powder with a very strong synthetic smell. It looks better in pictures than in reality.

The pictures on booking pages don't exactly reflect reality - the furniture is quite outdated and some is different to what you can see on the picture. The bathroom could do with a renovation so do the squeaky beds with bedding which saw better days - the pillows felt like they were filled with hay. If you are lighter sleeper you will be woken up by the pigeons at 5am who are making noise and stomping on the roof. Would suggest that some deterrent is installed on the roof and window sills to prevent this. Cleanliness could be also improved, it was obvious the floors were not cleaned properly especially under the beds and the windows need thorough clean too. Kitchen has infestation from ants. There was also an old leather sofa in the hallway which was quite an annoying obstruction as too big for that space and blocked access to the coat hangers. I would also suggest a much bigger TV for the living room.

I chose the apartment mainly for its location as it was close to my sister's place. The apartment is really spacious with a nice terrace and short walk you have few shops so convenient for getting breakfast in the morning etc. There are easy transport link to the city centre too.

My family was amazed! Spacious flat, fullt equiped with everything what you need and more. Very clean and confortable. Smooth contact with a host.

The apartment needs little refreshing. Dishes were dirty and bed linen might not had been cleaned. Showering was uncomfortable.

No toilet paper. Even after we called, didn't get toilet paper. No information about anything anywhere. Hot water switch. Needs to improve. Now not ready to open for business yet at this state. (I also rent out apartments)
