While it didn't pose a problem for us, there was a change in level between the bedroom and bathroom which could be an issue for some at night time. Fortunately, the step was just sufficiently well illuminated in our opinion.

We were impressed by the size of this very spacious apartment! It was very modern, clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We only wish we had stayed longer. Even though the front of the building opened onto the main town square, our apartment's windows faced a quiet park and lake.

This is a nice place to stay in Telc! The host and her daughter are friendly, helpful and speak very good English. Any questions we had were immediately responded to. The unit is well furnished and very clean. They will help you with your luggage, and offer you a “parking pass” that allows parking on the main square. Since you are directly on the main square in Telc, everything is convenient…restaurants, cafes and historical sites. A very nice feature of the apartment is private access to the building’s garden and thru the garden gate it leads you to a beautiful lake behind the building. This is something you don’t first notice when you arrive. It’s very nice to sit there, have a cup of coffee and enjoy a little walk around the lake! We highly recommend this nice apartment!

There's a stone stairway up to the apartment and the place to eat breakfast - so carrying heavy luggage is a challenge. There are also some low doorways and ceilings to watch out for if you are tall - but all part of the charm of this centuries old building.

This is a beautiful apartment in a medieval building with a walled garden that runs down to a small lake. It's spacious, very clean and well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. It's bang in the centre of the historic town square and there is free parking a short walk away. Breakfast was hearty and the staff super helpful. Highly recommend.

The check-in was smooth and Adele was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful with modern decor and is well-equipped. The backyard opens to one of the beautiful ponds. Wish we had stayed longer.

The WiFi was weak (temporarily). But in case you want to watch a movie, you can just watch your streaming service on the state-of-the-art TV set. Of course that would be a waste, since everything is so beautiful, you should not watch TV. Everything else was 10 points.

INCREDIBLE. Really. I have never given a 10 - but I do now. (I saved it for this apartment, it seems). I think this is among the most generous and beautiful places I have ever booked with booking. The apartment was huge. Except for my many books, I could have just moved in there. The carpentry and furniture is stunningly good and modern. And the structure is historic and very old. Everything has been done with grace, generosity and style. The kitchen is so good and well equipped that we needed up cooking at home and eating in the garden (you could also just sit in fron of the house on the UNESCO-recogniozed town square... Telc is a small town. But this is a big-time place!

The location is right on the beautiful main square, so it doesn't get any better than that. And free parking across the square is included. The "room" I was given was a full apartment with a kitchen, dining room, living room, separate bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with two sinks. I could have lived there for a few months, happily. It has access to a private garden in back that leads to the big pond and park behind the castle. Does this sound perfect? Well, it is. An ample breakfast buffet is also included, with hot food made to order.

I loved everything about our stay! The staff were fabulous, the apartment AMAZING and there was a fantastic breakfast spread for a tiny additional charge each day. The apartment was huge and well-equipped - right on the town square (but so quiet) with a walking track and lake at the backdoor (beyond a lovely courtyard where we sat in the sun and drank wine). Cannot recommend highly enough.
